Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Shanshan County

Shanshan is a small town and if you do come here, it would be to visit the Kumtaq desert. The desert is 15-20 minutes from the hotel, so is the Shanshanbei railway station. I recommend this hotel because of the service of the front desk staff, Ms Xiaoba who goes above and beyond to help. She was responsive on wechat and organised a car to pick us up, she willingly booked a taxi for as we couldn’t find the address to the night market on our DIDI app., she provided extra water and answered any questions with a smile. This is a new hotel so looks clean and fresh with a smart toilet. They even have tents/ tepees so if you have a kid, this is a welcome. I saw a room with spiderman and Barbie princess theme too. The breakfast has many Chinese options and they are well cooked and delicious. They do have a coffee machine. I’d stay here again if I were to revisit. Kumtaq Desert is worth a visit and the second golf cart/sightseeing mini bus drives you right to the end and brings you back to the second station. The other deserts we visited didn’t have this. 衞生：衞生打掃的一塵不染、房間床單被套乾乾淨淨、充滿陽光的味道 位置：交通特別方便、在鄯善縣中心 設施：空調開的足足的，很涼快、洗澡水流大、從沙漠出來身上都是沙子、一沖就乾乾淨淨的 服務：有免費接站和送站服務，我是中午到的鄯善北站、酒店工作人員開的坦克300車接的我、來到陌生的城市遊玩，下車看到有這麼好的車專門接我等我、很感動[擁抱][擁抱][擁抱][擁抱]

非常不錯的酒店，當地最好的應該是它。 首先早餐都很好吃，尤其牛肉拉麪，真棒！比我在很多地方吃過的都好。 房間大且相對安靜，洗浴設施很好，就是沒配一次性浴缸袋，略有小遺憾，可以配一個一次性馬桶墊。其次再把盒裝紙的質量提升一下就完美了！

We booked on short notice ten minutes before arrival and were absolutely surprised. Despite the language barrier the team of receptionists went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean and have all the amenities one needs for a pleasant stay, and more. We slept very well in the new, comfortable beds. The bathroom itself is bigger than some hotel rooms elsewhere. The real highlight though was the complimentary breakfast we, were offered. Plenty of great food to choose from, coffee and tea. Upon checkout we could store our luggage for free until our train departed. All in all, great value for money and we'd definitely stay again.

This is a very nice hotel in a remote small town of Xinjiang. Everything exceeds my expectations. The room is very large. Although my window view is obstructed by the neon signage of the hotel name, I can get natural sunlight into my room. Everything is new and clean. I didn't experience delay checking in as a passport holder. I was asked a few more questions than other Chinese hotels. This hotel offers 5 free washer/dryer for guests...

English comment. Amazing spot with well cleaned and maintained rooms. No smoke smell, lovely location that's near to attractions and alot of food. Best hotel in the area. 10/10

店家的服務真的是太好了，因為離得近，還特意打電話確認口味做了很好的安排，非常感謝。 店裡空間非常大，環境氛圍非常好，整個過程下來真的非常舒服。 早餐雖然簡單，但是味道還是可以的，以後還會繼續光顧。 環境：很乾凈，衞生做的很好，讓人非常滿意。

We stayed during low season, only 5 guests stayed that night. The laundry can not make it, very old washing machine without a dryer. Due to low seasons, the hotel conserves electricity, the whole hotel is dark at night along the corridor. They prepare limited breakfast for the 5 guests. Front desk provided good service. We enjoyed the winery tour.
