"時隔兩個多月，這是我第二次去了，一切依舊那麼好。不過還是想提個建議……年輕人嘛平時就願意睡個懶覺，更何況是玩了一天挺累的，客房的大姐真的沒必要每天早晨八點都必須過去敲門打掃衞生，我住了三天，被叫醒兩次，最後一天如果不是要走，一定還會被叫醒……真是讓我哭笑不得。假如你睡得正香，讓人吵醒了，你是啥心情？第一次去的時候就是這樣，這回我實在是有點受不了了，客房大姐也是夠執着的。希望酒店當個事，研究解決一下！！！"

"Overall, it’s okay — I’d rate it as moderate.
The hotel has an outdated design, including the elevator. The lighting in the room is rather dim and yellowish. The room isn’t very spacious, more of a standard size — enough to open two pieces of luggage. It would be better if there were less cigarette smell in the corridor.
The location is good, right in the city center with plenty of shops and easy access to food. The receptionist and security staff were friendly and helpful."

The room was thoughtfully lady-friendly, with amenities like facial masks, sleeping masks, disposable towels, hair clips, and more.
Best part? A complimentary 20-minute in-room massage, perfect after a long day of travel!
The location is also a big plus, centrally located and within walking distance to shopping areas and Longsha Night Market (龙沙夜市)."

原本定的是無窗的房間，酒店很好，為我們升級了有窗的房間。
122的房費還含早餐，這個價格的早餐也算是豐富了，有三四個炒菜，三個小鹹菜，有粥，雞蛋和饅頭。真是良心商家了。
忘了拍房間照片，發幾張去扎龍看的鶴吧。"

There was a small Gym if required.
There was a Dining room but must of all the Staff were all simply amazing.
They were extremely helpful and very pleasant at all times"

永永远吉祥Close to qiqihar railway station, though a bit far from city center. Great for a stop over if taking the train when visiting. We waited in the lobby after checkout as our train was leaving later. Nice comfortable wait there, and just walk over when it is time to catch the train.

Hemei may not be part of any international chain but the service level of the staff was on the same level as any Intercontinental, Marriott or Shangri-la that I have stayed in. From Linda at the front desk who upgraded us without us saying a single word to housekeeper Niu Ailing who wrote us a nice note to say how happy she was to serve us, it is the sincerity from staff like these who make this hotel worthy of its 5 diamonds rating.

Great lighting with various options for lights such as business lights, bright lights and so on. Smart room where the curtains and toilet are automatic. Room is very clean, relatively large with a very comfortable bed. Hotel is very safe where you will need to scan your room card in the lift to use the lift. The breakfast buffet is also excellent, there was a variety of food options and the food options rotate every day. Even though they have central heating and say they cannot turn the heating off, they can and you can also open the window. So basically you can regulate your own room temperature. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, would stay again.

However, the hotel is near a main road and many stopping centers are near by. There is a pool club and bar near. There was just one tea bag provided for two people. However, on asking for extra tea bags they provided. Extra pillow provided. And the staff polite. Overall exp was good.
