進入房間後，環境乾淨整潔，床品十分舒適。裝修簡約卻不失温馨，通風很好，沒有一點異味。特別適合對氣味敏感或者對帶孩子的人羣，尤其是工作人員還告訴我他們新裝修完不久，真的一點味道也沒有，不得不再説下床上用品，柔軟舒適，乾淨舒適。房間內還有有一個實用的小辦公桌，對於像我這樣的商務旅客來説非常方便，無論是處理工作還是簡單閲讀都非常合適。停車也很方便，直接開到地下，坐電梯到24樓辦入住，房間的空調也很好。
整個住宿期間，最打動我的是酒店員工細緻入微的服務。退房那天，前台工作人員還特意為我準備了兩瓶礦泉水，提醒説：“天氣熱，路上拿着喝。”這次入住經歷完全超出了我的預期，無論是從服務態度、房間設施還是整體環境來看，都讓我感到非常滿意。一次性價比很高的入住體驗，下次還回來"

"The room looked new and was very clean. This hotel is run by a family, and they were always smiling, friendly, and available to help us. The host kindly came to pick us up in the parking lot and even drove us to the city center for our next destination, which we really appreciated. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning, and also had lunch there. They cooked especially for us, doing their best to make it perfect. I truly recommend this place and their child is absolutely adorable!"

"因為備考吉首大學，在這住了幾天，下單之前還有點擔心看酒店點評有雞叫和狗叫，提前和前台溝通了住店的緣由，前台小姐姐很暖心的給我換了樓層較高朝居民樓房間，酒店有辦公桌很適合辦公和學習，晚上覆習覺得燈光有點暗淡，和前台溝通之後，酒店主動提出給我贈送了一盞枱燈，房間Wi-Fi網速超快，視頻課不卡。續住阿姨打掃都會幫忙倒垃圾、換床單，有時還會多留兩瓶礦泉水。步行到吉首大學6分鐘，附近吃飯小吃也很方便，酒店也提供免費早餐，大堂也有一個小超市很方便，前台小姐姐也主動幫忙免費打印了准考證非常的暖心很不錯，退房時前台小姐姐還祝我考試順利，心裏暖暖的，值得推薦！"

"The hotel is located in front of the Qianzhou Ancient Town and close to the city center. It is within walking distance of the old town and shopping malls, shops and restaurants.
Overall, the room was good. There were some minor details that were not so good, such as the shower not being able to adjust the water level, other guests smoking in the elevator, etc. Breakfast was general and varied, but there was no fruit. At night, dessert was served."

AAnonyymi käyttäjä攜一家老小到德夯來避暑，從沒住過苗寨，所以在選擇住宿的時候，沒有選擇賓館，而是選擇了當地苗族人的民宿。老闆老口子很能幹，早起晚睡，將房子、院子打掃的乾乾淨淨，清清爽爽。一天三餐都有，把老闆的手藝都吃了個遍。典型的苗家風味，桃花魚味道鮮美、桃花蟲衹有在這才能吃到，價格稍微貴一些，但味道很好。要老闆現殺了一衹母雞，清燉，非常推薦哦。
另外，要點贊一下德夯的旅遊接待中心，住在景區的民宿是要買門票的，二日有效。第一天下午5:30才到德夯景區，住下，晚上看了德夯幻境演出，第二天上午去看了流紗河看瀑布，回程在溪裏捉螃蟹🦀️，越捉越起勁。溪裏的小魚太機靈，望着岸上一直喊加油的崽，又不顧一切的撈小魚，好不容易撈到兩條。可能時間太長了，中午回到民宿就倒下了，中暑。打電話給遊客中心，特殊情況，看能否把二日票延期一天，第二天再去矮寨大橋。工作人員很快回復了，第二天又因修路，接駁大巴車限行，跟工作人員説明有老有小，又安排了小車接送。
雖然衹在德夯待了三天，但是處處能感受到苗寨人的淳樸、善良、真心待人，以及旅遊接待的高效。🈶️機會，一定再來小住。

Hu Lin, the hotel manager, went above and beyond helping us from pre-arrival (picking us up from train station) to taking us to the Aizhai Bridge, and arranging tickets to see an evening show. The hotel itself and rooms were incredible, very cozy and modern. Views from the room were beautiful too. Breakfast buffet was delicious too. Overall we highly recommend this hotel!

NNabrudisJust one word: amazing!!! Lost in the middle of nowhere, this hotel is a gem worth the detour. Both the camping car (ideal for a family) and the heated infinity pool were idyllic. The Aizhai highway bridge is breathtaking and one of the best views is indeed from the pool! The only downside is the limited dining options (the hotel restaurant closes very early at night; food delivery arranged by the hotel staff is possible, but it takes ages to arrive). But that's to be expected given the hotel's location.

DDaisyFlowerWe had a great stay here. The front-desk ladies are really nice. The room was clean, just one remark: the toilet makes a lot of noise while flushing. If one of us went to the toilet at night, this would wake up the other person. The toilet flushes automatically so you have no control over this.
The hotel had great amenities. The free midnight snacks are awesome and you can also get some great massages on the 7th floor. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I can’t speak Chinese, but Some staffs can speak English and all staffs is helpful. When I have some question or some trouble, they helped deeply.
I could go anywhere easily by bus or taxi. The room has a projection sets we can watch some movies and landscape from the window was so good.
On another note,If you want to use a microwave oven,you should tell owner and get her to take you to her house for using it. The water is offered for free at room temperature. The refrigerator is an only 1st floor.
These are typically habits in Chinese hotel room so just noted.

VVieraskäyttäjäDas Zimmer war gemütlich, ein Schrank oder Regal oder wenigstens ein paar Haken waren noch schön gewesen. Das Bad hat ein Problem mit dem Abfluss, jedenfalls ist der Boden immer nass. Aber da wir gar kein privates Bad erwartet hatten, waren wir positiv überrascht. Das Hotel ist sehr familiär, das ist schön, die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut, am Rande des Dorfes, von hier gehen die zwei Hauptwanderwege ab. Sehr empfehlenswert!

VVieraskäyttäjä酒店位置很方便，開車來湘西出差大晚上十一點才到，前台工作人員很熱情，就讓人瞬間感覺像回到家了一樣，還提供免費停車場，辦完入住後想去吃點東西，前台還幫忙推薦周邊有什麼好吃的，雖然衹是幾句話但是讓人就很感動! 房間的話，首先是比較寬敞，我行李比較多也不覺得邁不開腿，衞生也還是蠻乾淨的，第二天還主動問是否需要做衞生，總之這家酒店的服務和衞生都做的挺到位，行程比較匆忙其他的也沒來得及感受，但是作為頻繁出差的我來説，衞生和服務做到位已經非常滿意了！下次來湘西出差首選這家
