"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The check-in process was quick and effortless. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — especially the bed, which made it hard to get up in the morning! The amenities were top-notch: strong Wi-Fi, great air conditioning, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and transport, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the staff’s genuine care for guests. They truly made me feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — and I’ll definitely be coming back!"

"家庭自駕出遊，錦州是第五站，服務人員態度都很好。但房間設施感覺太老舊了，比市面標間的床小很多，這個暫且接受，房間電話不能使用，兩張床頭衹有一個插銷，不方便，其他不合理的地方不過多贅述。 最最最最重要的是衞生間！！本人170cm，洗手池到大腿，整個人要趴下去才能正常洗臉，感覺像綠皮火車上的衞生間。馬桶又小又黃，和瓶子一對比便知，看着衞生實在堪憂，用衞生紙纏繞才用，馬桶沖水的地方必須手一直扳着才能完成沖水，吹風機也是很老舊的...... 近期在不同的縣級市地級市省會都住過，第一次見設施衞生如此老舊的環境，二百多一晚不比其他省會城市便宜，但確實是物所不值，居住體驗感不好。 酒店地理位置這麼好，真誠建議應該改善酒店設施和衞生環境！"

"Lovely hotel situated near to shopping mall. Staff were wonderful, so polite and helpful. Room was very clean and very well equipped. Beds nice and comfy and lots of extras included: water in fridge, tea, coffee, toothbrushes, comb, hairdryer, shampoo etc. Breakfast had lots of choice and again staff were lovely. Would definitely stop here again when visiting jinzhou. Highly recommend 👌"

"We stayed at Hilton for most of our stay in China this time. The only bad comment that I have and there's no solution to is the room is over 30 degrees. We stayed with 2 young child and notice the front desk of how hot the rooms are and was told before they turned the AC off and was given a fan. The fan is useless and very loud so it doesn't make the situation better. I'm not sure if it's a Hilton issue or all the hotels in jinzhou. Was just at the Hilton in Beijing/ zhuhai/ wanning and didn't have that problem."

"The hotel is nice and new but unfortunately I got some negative impressions. The cleaning of the room when I arrived was good but after the first night I had the feeling, that it was just a 5 minutes cleaning activity. Furthermore I detected that the room itself was to cold when the air conditioning was on or to hot when it was off. I didn’t find a way to adjust it in a good way. The worst experience was at the check out, because they deducted from my deposit 4 breakfasts. I only realised it when I already left the hotel. I had to come back to get it sorted out."

HhidinginplainsightWe had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time. It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review. Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China). They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer. Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful! As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration. If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

KKnufbergstravelBeautiful and well mentained Hotel with unfortunately super thin-walled rooms. The aircon did not run properly and shut itself off after some minutes but the staff worked on it and after a while it was all warm. The lining and towels were all super cigarette-smelly which we never experienced in that way... it was disgusting. We have a mixed feeling, even with the laundry plus dryer and the english speaking guy at the front desk we probably would not stay again. They stored our bicycles in a storage room.

VVieraskäyttäjä這次入住真的被暖到了～從進門時前台的微笑問候，到奉茶每一步都像回家一樣自然。床品軟乎乎的像陷進雲朵裏，衞生間乾淨得能照見人影，連角落都沒有一絲灰塵。最驚喜的是早餐，種類多到選擇困難，熱乎的粥和現做的煎蛋尤其香！位置也超方便，附近有很多燒烤店！都不踩雷，住了一天，不僅身體放鬆了，心裏也跟着暖融融的，服務更是好到沒話説，前台會有周圍的旅遊卡片，一樓還有健身房等設施！

The room was very comfortable, nice linens, a wonderful modern shower and immaculately clean and fresh (no trace of cigarette smoke). We booked two beds which were large enough for our family of four to be comfortable. We had a nice desk and big, operable windows, instant hot water, daily deliveries of cut fruit and an AI room assistant to manage all functions including closing the curtains and keeping our kids entertained (when addressed in Mandarin). Note: Make sure to review the room before planning to share with a colleague or to entertain guests - the bathroom in our room was lovely but offered limited privacy. All the staff was incredibly attentive and very friendly, all parts of the hotel are very sleek and new and are beautifully maintained. Little delivery robots bring food to your room if you order out and there is good security. I believe breakfast is offered in the lobby, but we discovered a great little local place right across the street with all the traditional staples: 鲜族牛肉汤饭. There's a fun kids park a couple blocks away with some little rides, a bounce castle and a huge sandbox filled with some kind of Chinese grain instead of sand tucked away behind the trampolines (10 RMB per activity, most relaxing morning of the trip) and good people watching with exercise dancing, etc. I'd choose this brand and location again, for a visit with the whole family or a romantic getaway with my partner. Five stars.

I was expecting to receive the invoice for the 2 nights stay as usual. The reception did not even answer to my request on May 31st when she can give or not. If the person did not understand my English, then there should be a person to speak in English at least in the reception for Check-in and Check-out. That's is why I have chosen Sheraton hotel. It was no pleasant morning.

Check in take long time, the lady don’t know anything about foreigners. When she want to print my passport, the printer was not working. Later on she used another worse printer and printed all my passport pages. She even don’t know just to print last entry date page and information page. It takes almost 20-25 minutes to check in. In room amenities they mentioned there is a bathtub in bathroom, but very small bathroom, no bathtub. The television have just few channels working and even they use 2010 era television. Overall, I really feel unsatisfied.
