"The room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm."

"I booked the Crowne Plaza Jingmen for some peace and relaxation and it didn’t disappoint. From the time I stepped into their magnificent lobby, I was greeted with great hospitality. Lip Ou exhibited 5 star service to me from his warm welcoming smile and professional demeanor, my stay was off to a great start. I was delighted to hear him speaking English with such easy to me as he warmly welcomed me. My short stay was very pleasant and I truly enjoyed the hotel. The staff were very friendly as they walked by. My room was very clean and comfortable and Lip made sure all my requests were promptly met. I enjoyed the pool and the buffet as well. "The exposure to smoke was horrible. We got no smoking rooms, but the smoke from nearby smoking rooms drifted in and was so bad it woke us up at night. Breakfast was ok, but for an international hotel did not offer much that I was used to. The rooms did not have coffee, only tea bags. Wifi at the hotel was not functional."

Here for work, and Huanyue is always my first choice in Jingmen. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the key point is the exceptional service from the hotel staff. There's a wide variety of dishes for breakfast, but it might not suit the western palate too well. Location is great work-wise, but it's some distance away from the nearest mall so it depends on what you prioritize during your stay.

很驚喜的一次入住！訂的電競大床房，電腦配置確實給力，外設手感也很好，打遊戲很順暢。房間裏的AI語音助手很聰明，躺在床上動動嘴就能控制，簡直是懶人福音。 前台小蘿人特別好，熱情又專業，讓人感覺很親切。細節服務必須誇一下，大堂居然有免費的烤紅薯，熱乎乎的很好吃；房間裏還放了AD鈣奶，好喝捏😋。另外酒店的代洗烘乾服務效率極高，省了自己時不時跑洗衣房的麻煩，真是幫了大忙。每天早上的自助餐種類也很豐富。整體體驗挑不出毛病，下次來荊門玩還會選這家。 題外話：我住的房間是711便利店誒——

This was the best hotel we stayed at for this trip & it was also the cheapest. The service was truly immaculate. The hotel gave us a free breakfast which had a very good selection & tasted great. Most of the dishes were very well done. The hotel even provided free laundry service that was done within 2 hours. We could also watch everything on the tv for free. The room itself was spotless & very nicely decorated. The hotel looked very new to us. The location was also great with a shopping mall nearby with many food options & a supermarket. All in all, a perfect 2 night stay.

不錯的一家酒店，酒店很大氣，環境乾淨，地理位置也很不錯，旁邊就是龍泉派出所，還有公交站台，設施設挺備齊全的，有停車場，健身房，房間的電視可以投屏，最主要的是房間寬敞明亮，有單獨的一個會客廳。這個套房還是挺不錯的，自助早餐種類很豐盛，有現磨的咖啡，有酸奶，牛肉麪味道挺不錯，整個來説服務很熱情，環境優美，設施齊全，衞生乾淨，推薦

Overall satisfied but rooms quite darkness cos lights bulb look like not enough. Wild car & helmets super dirty & didn’t clean at all, make me & my friends dressed & hair have too much dust. Abit disappointed too.

My family and I stayed for 1 night in a private Hot Spring room. Would definitely recommend to stay there. The amenities, service and breakfast are all excellent. We will be back again.

The hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.

This is one of the best Chinese local hotels that I have ever stayed. It is very clean, and its service is up to 5-star hotels level. The hotel breakfast provides a variety of healthy selections.
