"我是一個做酒店不怎麼喜歡點評的人，但是我覺得這家酒店值得我做一個五星好評。首先服務的確沒得説，很熱情，進門第一時間就有人為我倒茶，大廳還有咖啡機可以任選咖啡和奶茶，味道挺不錯的。前台還有刮鬍刀卸粧巾洗面奶這些，為臨時出門或者出差解決了一**煩挺好挺貼心的。還有爆米花和烤紅薯衹要住店都可以吃，爆米花小朋友挺喜歡的，紅薯是他們本地的紅薯挺甜的。房間也挺好的空間很大，衞生也做的挺乾淨的，而且還🈶小度全屋智能控制。停車場也很大還有電車充電樁，再也不用臨時去找充電樁了。這裏還有洗衣服務，衹要一個電話就有服務員上門收衣服而去還帶烘乾，再也不用帶着臟衣服回去再洗了。這家酒店真的很不錯，性價比高，很推薦。下次有機會再來嘉禾一定還選這個酒店。"

"不怎麼樣，不知道是正規華天還是山寨華天，服務態度也不咋地 還有早餐不包含能理解。但住一晚衹給兩瓶小號水，過了第二天不續住就要買水，並且衹有買水了，才給規格大一號的農夫山泉，也開不了票。。。（奢侈類的住過，快捷類的，民宿類的都住過。要收費人家也衹是第四瓶要收費，，並且也沒有什麼迎賓的服務態度。語氣冷漠。這個酒店在過年期間真的顯得格外生分）下次不來了。不推薦，唯一的好就是環境還不錯。"
