When I asked for help choosing a restaurant, however, the staff just said go out and find a restaurant, which is OK, but I just wanted a recommendation.
The room was nice and fairly quiet though one of the air conditioners didn’t work properly. The sofa was a little dirty."

"First of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter.
It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished."

"設施：房間該有的都有，但是使用起來就很讓人頭疼了，浴室下水管道有問題，洗個澡（十分鐘不到），在浴室門關好的情況下，水全部漫出浴室外的地板上了，到處都是水很煩人
服務：出門時特意跟前台反映了，前台説會讓師傅去檢修，特意説明如果有問題或者是問題不能及時修好麻煩給我換一個房間！結果晚上回來家人去洗澡，一樣漏水，根本就沒有解決！
説帶了小朋友想加一床被子，第一個晚上前台男士給我報了一床被子來，是乾淨的沒有異味，服務這一欄唯一的一顆星是給他的，第二天找服務員要被子時，要我找領班，領班大姐態度極其不好，找來找去找了一床未套好床單的臟被子（一股濃濃的腳臭味，我非常有理由懷疑這被子是酒店走廊角落換下來的臟被子且未套被套，非常過分了），第三天回到房間，衞生沒有打掃，詢問保潔，説要跟前台説，默認續住的房間酒店不打掃衞生這是什麼邏輯？大幾百的房費是用來給你們偷懶的？還有，兩間房住了三晚，住宿體驗非常的差啊，頭一次給酒店差評啊，這房價比國際大酒店也差不了多少啊，圖個離親戚家近在這連住幾晚，真太讓我失望了！希望酒店管理人員能看到這條評價，非常的差啊！
這就是服務態度，請大家謹慎選擇！"

"#衞生衞生做的不錯，還蠻乾淨#服務很熱情，但是晚上12點那邊就沒人，估計都睡了#位置交通就是在洪湖悦兮半島裏面，武漢過去1個半小時，不遠#房間設施新開的酒店，2🈷️5號開業，所以我們住進去還是有味道的!一樓1.5米床，二樓1.5和1.8兩張床公用一個衞生間，三樓1.8米床!每個房間有窗户，但是裏面有裝修的味道，估計後面就慢慢好了!#早餐很一般，還可以吧#停車位子很多#房間景觀温泉♨️水還不錯，隨時可以放，但是有點渾濁!#游泳池大池子適合3個家庭在裏面泡#性價比我們去的時候訂的是3000多一個四居帶大泡池，我看抖yin裏面平時大概是2000多!不要大泡池其實也可以!"

VVieraskäyttäjä必須給城市便捷洪湖大道店的客房和服務瘋狂點贊！客房細節滿滿，空間佈局合理，床品潔白蓬鬆像雲朵，躺上去瞬間驅散疲憊；衞浴乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質在線，還有貼心的化粧棉、棉簽等小物。服務更是沒得説，從前台微笑接待、幫忙提行李，到客房阿姨主動詢問需求、及時補充用品，全程都讓人感覺像回家般温暖。不管是出差還是旅行，這裏都能讓入住體驗感拉滿，以後每次來洪湖都認定這兒了！

VVieraskäyttäjä酒店大，房間也大，我們一行五人開了兩間房，前台小姐姐給我們升級了豪華房間，房間真的挺大的，洗手間和房間都是分開的，三百多感覺住進了套房一樣，真的挺滿意的，剛開始看到蠻多差評。挺猶豫的，後來抱着試試看的心態還是訂了，我個人覺得挺好的，離開了城市的喧囂，偶爾過來小歇兩天放鬆一下還是很不錯的，最後感謝前台的蝴蝶小姐姐，給我們推薦的燒烤攤，好吃😋
