This hotel is the best! I would definately stay again. The hotel is in an amazing location, near the square, near the temple and very walkable. The hotel is tucked in to a little garden area and there is a tea room on site. The desk staff are easy to talk to on Wechat and even helped me order some lotion as the Inner Mongolia weather was very drying to my skin. The breakfast was also wonderful. I loved this hotel. Inside the room was a table with tea service if you wanted.

The hotel is great value for the money you pay. All the staff is super friendly. They helped us if questions appeared. Big thanks to the receptionist who helped us and sent our delayed Taobao parcel to Beijing after we left. It was super helpful. Very clean they clean every day, bring clean towels, water and tea. The lift worked well. The breakfast was quite good - both western and Chinese options and vegetarian options appeared. Right in the city center of Hohhot. Comfortable bed. Nice cosmetics in the shower Close to many shopping malls and not too far from underground and bus stop. Nice modern design. Small shop in the hotel, very convenient. All was fine.

We went there to make our inner-Mongolia visit special. It was a good choice. The location was a bit too far from everywhere but it was nice to feel the vast plain. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet with inner-Mongolian themed food was very nice. Don't miss the breakfast if you go there. On the first floor, there's a photo shooting service you can use. It would definitely be a good memory if I do it but it was a bit pricey.

On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. This hotel is very clean and cheap. Location is not bad very close to subway station. Window view is bery nice. I strongly recommend this hotel.
