"I drove my car there, and the parking was awesome. The hotel’s location is right near the water, and has a very beautiful view (they gave me a free upgrade to a lake view). The staff treated me so kindly, and I don’t think they have many foreign guests there, especially coming by car and alone ! One of the staff there could even speak English!!! I was so surprised. Highly recommend this hotel, and also, I highly recommend paying the extra money for a Lake view….it is worth it !"

"來青海湖遊玩，第一晚入住剛察維也納酒店，體驗直接拉滿，好到讓我們第二天去茶卡鹽湖時，還繼續選擇了維也納品牌，足以説明有多滿意！
酒店很新，大堂是呂字形中景廳，房間圍繞中庭，上到5樓視野開闊，一點不壓抑，整體環境乾淨舒服。
前台兩位小哥哥態度特別好，耐心又有禮貌，現在是淡季入住人不多，還主動幫我們免費升級了房間，還貼心送了小糖果，細節真的很加分。
最驚喜的是暖氣超足，零下十幾度的高原，房間暖到晚上睡覺都要開窗，在這麼冷的地方能睡得這麼舒服太難得了。
第一次來青海湖有點高反，休息一晚就緩解很多，建議大家自備氧氣瓶，如果酒店之後能增加供氧設備就更完美了。
早餐也很不錯，有現煮的米粉、麪條，熱乎又好吃。離店時在大廳整理東西，服務員還主動送水，全程服務都很貼心。
因為第一晚剛察店體驗太好，第二晚我們在茶卡也選了維也納，但兩邊體驗差距真的非常大，一對比更能感受到剛察這家不管是服務、環境還是舒適度都優秀太多。
來剛察、青海湖的朋友，真心推薦這家維也納，放心沖！"

"房間臨街這邊因為白天日照強烈所以直到晚上也還挺熱的，變壓器還在維修所以空調也不能製冷，晚上是開着窗睡的，外面1°屋裡30°，身體不好還扛不住，另外這個價格還願意接受就是衝著想住的舒服去的，然而住下來充其量是220-260元的水準，即便把因為地處偏僻酒店業不發達價格畸形的因素考慮進去，最多290，再多算虛高。
停車方便，早餐比較豐富，服務意識也還行，走的時候送了禮物。"

"難得假期，跟老公一起出來旅行，我們是從祁連一路走來，沿途風景很好。
我們去完斷崖，考慮到天色漸晚，第二天要去茶卡鹽湖，決定在剛察縣城住宿一晚。
因為前面幾天的住宿條件，已經降低了我對西北住宿的預期。沒想到踏入酒店大門，給人耳目一新的感覺。
首先酒店的藏式風格建築就很吸睛，擺放的一些小物件也很有特色，大廳的藏香味道也很好聞。
其次我們定的特價大床房可以説是物超所值，房間又大又乾淨，窗外是一條河，比較少見的是這裏竟然沒有蚊子。
酒店服務人員很熱情，因為氣候乾燥，我們喝水比較多，服務人員很熱情的多贈送了我們幾瓶礦泉水。
在小縣城裡麪還能住到4鑽標準的酒店，真的很不錯，點贊👍"

"設施：略顯陳舊，我住的房間，紗窗都是垮的。其他還行。熱水器燒水，夏天一個人洗完澡之後，還要等一會兒，否則就是冷水。
衞生：還過得去吧，雖然是家民宿，但是，基本上能夠達到一般經濟型酒店的水準啦。
環境：離青海湖200米，晚上7：30後，門口的鐵柵欄可以開門，可以直接走到青海湖，旁邊還有一個沙灘，有海鳥棲息，非常不錯，可以近距離接觸青海湖。
服務：還行吧。
早餐過得去，餐廳價格也能接受，小炒羊肉和西湖牛肉羹非常不錯，還有炕土豆，也好吃。
住宿人很多，停車場夠大，如果能夠升級裝修，更好。"
