"Second time staying at this hotel. The breakfast is excellent and is the best part of the trip. The staff are also accommodating. It’s hard to communicate but as long as you have the translation app on your phone, it will work out. However, the amenities of the hotel is on the older side. They need to update it to become more modern. Bring your own toiletries as the ones they have are drying on the skin and hair. The air-conditioning was not working properly. Though they tried to fix it by wheeling in a portable AC. It still ran hot most days."

"Hotel was a short ride from railway. Surprised by the beautiful , spacious room even though a little older. Very comfortable bed. And nice view. Too bad hot spring spa was not opened. Room service was good. Very relaxing stay. There’s a supermarket across the way, convenient."

Severe vomiting and diarrhea left me completely drained of strength. In my flurry, my clothes and the bedspread were soiled as well. When I was at my most helpless, the young man at the front desk of Atour Hotel in Dezhou extended a helping hand. He not only accompanied me to the hospital attentively, helping me consult the doctor and get the medicine, but also silently took care of everything while I was seeking medical treatment. When I returned to the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my dirty clothes had been washed and dried, and the bed sheets and covers had been replaced with clean and tidy new ones. All the staff members of the hotel have always provided warm and thoughtful service, showing care and offering help in subtle ways. This warmth that transcends national boundaries made me feel as comfortable and at ease as if I were at home in a foreign land. I sincerely thank every staff member of Atour Hotel and give a thumbs-up for their attentive and professional service!"

"Wonderful new hotel in Dezhou. Clean rooms, friendly staff with 5 stars. Located within walking distances to eat and shop, all were local and may have difficulties with inbound tourists and business travelers like myself. Around 10min by car to the nearest shopping mall. Great breakfast but may want to have better bread and pastry. Bathtubs in only the suite rooms Did not change or wash the used cups in the room for the stay stayed in the smoking room (as stated on Trip.com) but found a non smoking sign in the room. should check."

"The room is very very big. Room interior is beautiful. Amenities are completed.it is confortable. Hotel located far from city and quite isolated. May be it is not far from rail way station. There is no restaurant or shop near by within the walking range. Hotel exterior is quite old and not well maintained. The hotel is quite quiet."
