"Location is great and staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious. Lighting in the rooms is quite dim, however, and they took awhile to cool down in the heat. Also found some rubbish in the corner of one room when we first settled in — housekeeping was otherwise good. If you get breakfast included it’s ok but otherwise skip it — food in the “hot” section was often cold and there wasn’t much variety from day to day. Nevertheless, the overall stay is good value for money and the location is convenient so would definitely stay again."

"這是第二次和家人入住全季酒店了。地理位置好，離兄長所住小區很近。旁邊就有超市和粉餐館，購物與吃牛肉粉都很方便。房間面積較大，就是沙發和靠墊有些劃痕印可能之前誰家小朋友留下的。前台服務員服務熱情，1月5號因行程車票改簽到下午出發，到前台問能否延遲退房到兩點，前台美女yiiu二話不説就幫着辦好了，解決了後顧之憂，非常感謝。還有三樓洗衣房洗衣，我估摸着衣服洗的差不多了準備去取放到烘乾機裏烘乾，等我去一看衣服在烘乾機裏都烘乾了，非常感謝不知名的工作人員哈。下次和家人再來常德還會選擇全季酒店。"

首先要誇的是停車場 —— 自駕出行最擔心停車難，這家酒店完全沒讓人操心。跟着導航輕鬆找到入口，停車場空間特別寬敞，車位規劃得很合理，就算是新手也能輕鬆停好車，對比之前住過的那些擠得轉不開身的酒店停車場，體驗感直接拉滿。辦理入住後走進房間，第一感覺就是 “乾淨”！床單被罩平整無污漬，桌面、牀頭櫃一塵不染，連衞生間的角落都打掃得很徹底，沒有絲毫異味。娛樂設施也很實用，累了一天窩在柔軟的大床上看看劇，疲憊感瞬間消散，睡眠質量超棒。第二天的早餐更是驚喜，餐廳環境明亮整潔，菜品豐富到讓人選擇困難 —— 熱菜、涼菜、點心、水果、飲品一應俱全，口味也很地道，偏愛中式粥品，都能找到合心意的食物，吃得特別滿足。最讓人暖心的是前台服務，從辦理入住時耐心介紹酒店設施，到離店時主動詢問入住體驗，工作人員始終保持着熱情的態度，有問必答、有求必應，細節處的貼心讓人印象深刻。總之，這次住宿體驗全程無槽點，性價比超高，已經推薦給身邊朋友，下次來這邊還會選這家！
