"Location is great and staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious. Lighting in the rooms is quite dim, however, and they took awhile to cool down in the heat. Also found some rubbish in the corner of one room when we first settled in — housekeeping was otherwise good. If you get breakfast included it’s ok but otherwise skip it — food in the “hot” section was often cold and there wasn’t much variety from day to day. Nevertheless, the overall stay is good value for money and the location is convenient so would definitely stay again."

The staff was very attentive and helped us receive our buys too! They took the extra mile and even provided us with some drinks and snacks after we checked out! 👍👍👍

If you have to catch an early train, be reminded that the breakfast starts at 7 (we would have been allowed to have a takeaway breakfast but we didn't have time to).

There was washers and dryers but didnt use and not sure if need to pay or free. Overall, a very one day stopover stay at Changde. We had really good & peaceful rest.

Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

PPorter FamilyVery happy with this hotel. The staff are friendly and professional, easily handling our language barrier and were prepared to handle the necessary foreigner paperwork. The rooms are clean, cool, comfortable, and spacious and housekeeping is generous in ensuring there are adequate consumables.
