"此次入住體驗非常滿意，必須給這家酒店一個大大的好評！酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，周邊環境安靜宜人，一進入大堂，便被其典雅大氣的設計所吸引，燈光柔和，綠植點綴其間，營造出温馨舒適的氛圍。房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格現代又不失温馨感，床品柔軟潔凈，讓人一躺下就倍感放鬆。窗外景觀開闊，清晨拉開窗簾，陽光灑進房間，令人心情愉悦。最讓我印象深刻的是酒店無微不至的服務。從前台接待到客房服務人員，每一位員工都面帶微笑、態度親切，辦理入住高效快捷，還主動提供了周邊美食推薦和出行建議。我有次在大堂臨時需要打印文件，工作人員不僅熱情協助，還貼心地為我倒上一杯熱茶，這份細緻入微的關懷令人感動。衞生方面更是無可挑剔。房間每日打掃得一塵不染，床單、毛巾全部乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，清潔到位，沒有一絲異味。公共區域如電梯、走廊、健身房也都保持得非常乾淨，看得出酒店在保潔管理上下了真功夫。一次性用品齊全且品質不錯，洗手液、洗髮水等均為環保品牌，使用感很好。總之，這是一次從環境、服務到衞生都近乎完美的住宿體驗。無論是商務出行還是家庭旅行，我都強烈推薦這家酒店。下次還會選擇這裏入住。"

"訂房時，網頁提供的照片資料顯示有兩張椅子，但實際只有一張，有點不方便，要坐到床邊。後來向前台反映了，送來一張摺椅，勉強可接受，但不是太舒適的感覺。
前台的服務員態度有問題，好像很想與客人頂嘴吵架，我的訂單本來是住3晚，後來已於携程退1晚，退款也已收到，但服務員未問詳細，便直接向我說我退1晚房間的操作失誤，應該全單取消再訂，她說話的態度沒禮貌，令客人不解為何無故被質疑，很掃興致。
另外，前台服務員應該主動向超過一人入住的情況，詢問是否需要多一張房卡，因為上落升降機均須拍房卡，如果多位客人不是一起進出酒店便不方便。"
