Location is good, just right by the lake where there is a light display every night between 7 to 8pm. There are also lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. Room is thoughtfully laid out and is clean and quiet. Staff service is very good, both during check in and check out. They helped with the luggage in both instances, provided us with warm bottled water at checkout and are very friendly during our stay. Worth a 5 star rating. Highly recommended if you are in this town.

這次入住漢庭真的超出預期！位置超便利，旁邊就是高鐵站步行幾分鐘就到，周邊吃飯購物都方便。自助辦理入住30秒搞定，完全不用排隊，房間乾淨得沒話説，床墊軟硬度剛好，配上加熱馬桶圈，細節太貼心了。24小時自助洗衣房 早餐還有屬地特色小吃，性價比直接拉滿。服務人員態度親切，有需求響應很快，不管是出差還是旅遊都超合適，已經推薦給朋友，下次還選漢庭！

We absolutely loved our time in Benxi. As others have stated, Eric was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us, even on his days off. I felt so bad but he made arrangements and translated for us when needed. He took us on a hike and showed us the area. The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were great. It's a little confusing on the booking but you can use the hotsprings and pools the whole time you are there, not just one day. They have lots of fresh fruit and drinks to eat for free too. Breakfast was great and so was dinner. The only downside was the trash that the construction workers left on the hillside and we found some mold behind the heavy curtains in our room. I left my medicine at the hotel when we left and Eric sent it express so I got it the next day in shenyang. He was so helpful and kept checking in. We are so grateful for him especially. We will absolutely return.

糾正一下，本人是11月25日離店，非24日，前一點評日期寫錯了，如家酒店住了三晚，體驗超級完美！環境餐飲服務都是一流的。前台服務人員態度很好，保潔工作很徹底，一塵不染，餐廳美食更是叫一個好吃不得了，以後有機會還會選擇這裏，滿意滿意滿意！

如家服務態度特別好，小姐姐很熱情，房間衞生乾淨也十分舒適，如果不熟悉周邊環境或者旅遊路線的話，小姐姐還會幫忙，給出非常好的建議，非常滿意的一次旅行，下次還會再來

It's located 1km away fr the bus station. It's a bit tough to get to the hotel on foot if you are dragging along a big luggage. It's easy to get a ride hailing from the hotel. We had problem on the electric power on off initially, the front desk quickly sent someone to attend on it. The breakfast has many variety to choose from. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here.

桓仁漫谷度假小鎮：藏在山林裏的童話祕境 桓仁漫谷度假小鎮絕對是逃離城市喧囂的寶藏之地！錯落在山林間的樹屋宛如童話場景，每間都帶獨立私湯泡池，夜晚泡在山泉水裡，聞着松濤清香，聽着蛐蛐鳴唱，愜意極了。 樹屋空間寬敞，榻榻米加熱設施貼心，上下山有隨叫隨到的擺渡車，服務超省心。小鎮裏親子設施齊全，水上樂園、撈小魚、採摘野草莓，孩子玩得不亦樂乎；餐廳的東北菜味道地道，菜量足還實惠。 清晨推窗是清新山風，白天拍歐式城堡美照，夜晚有熱鬧篝火晚會，衞生細節更是無可挑剔，堪稱全家度假的理想之選！

We stay 2 night & they offered us the highest 11th floor with good scenic view. The room was spacious around 800 ft. Location within 15 mins walk to core business area. Facilities fair & it took some times to have hot showering water on our 1 st night. Breafast is traditional northern China food & drink At mid night some short period engine started for 10 sec which might interuptive to sleep. Overall speaking, it was an option for people who want silent spacious hotel

老闆非常熱情周到！ 周圍環境非常好，空氣好，室內設施齊全且乾淨！ 晚上出去吃飯，恰巧趕上路燈壞了，不敢回去，還讓人去附近接的，不但沒有怨言，而且態度特別好！真是的挺貼心的！ 早晚温差較大，注意增加衣物！ 還有，如果不是自駕，那麼在中途多兩個出租電話，還是有用的！ 最後，本溪人，真的是很熱情，連出租車都是滿分💯

服務：提出需求能給予積極溝通，問題能得到積極響應。前台、客房、大堂、泳池、餐廳及主管的服務可以給5分。每日水果供應及時。 環境：獨棟別墅，環境優美。 衞生：榻榻米上不乾淨，上面有一些不知道是油漬還是什麼，反正就是不太乾淨。屋裡呢，也是有蒼蠅，我們又找工作人員過來打蒼蠅。 設施： 1.使用熱水非常不方便，需要泡池一直放熱水，淋浴這邊才有熱水，而且淋浴這邊的熱水還不可以調整水温。 2.庭院的推拉門門栓不合理，在小門上面，從裏面、外面都能打開，這樣就造成了安全隱患，我們晚上11點被人從外面打開小門，進入院子。拍拉我們卧室房門把我們驚醒！據工作人員反饋是隔壁屋走錯了。 3.迷你吧裏啥也沒有，包括冰箱。 4.晚餐衹有自助烤串，或提前3小時預約鐵板燒。否則需開車3分鐘到花溪沐餐廳單點。
