Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Baotou

這次入住真的超出預期！ 價格親民，房間寬敞整潔，床品柔軟舒服，一夜好眠。前台熱情服務周到，辦理入住退房都超快，還貼心推薦了附近的美食。衞生做得特別到位，衞生間無異味、無死角，連細節都經得起推敲。酒店位置也很便利，步行幾分鐘就能到吾悦廣場。離火車站也非常近，性價比直接拉滿，下次來還選這家！

這次和對象來包頭，選了東臨儷舍酒店，體驗感直接拉滿！房間是全屋智能，語音控制燈光和窗簾，氛圍感超棒。夢百合零壓床真的太舒服了，一覺睡到天亮，完全沒有疲憊感。衞生細節做得特別到位，連角落都乾乾淨淨的。前台小姐姐服務也很貼心，主動幫我們升級了房型，還送了小零食。地理位置也很方便，離火車站很近，出行超省心。下次來包頭還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦給情侶們！

Really beautiful hotel room. Staff very friendly. Restaurant very good. The only reason we haven’t given full points is the bed was the hardest we have ever experienced and we didn’t get a full nights sleep during our stay. We know that Chinese people like a hard bed, unfortunately us westerners prefer a bit softer. I ended up sleeping on top of the doona on the last night with dressing gown over the top.  My husband slept on the sofa. On the last morning there were a lot of alarms going off and we weren’t sure if they were fire alarms. We couldn’t find a fire drill or map on exits etc. something like that on the door would be handy in English as well as Chinese. Apart from that a very good hotel.

Located near Baotou East station. It’s in 东河区 which is an older part of the city, not in the city centre. It’s okay for me because I headed out of the city on most days and only went to 金街 which was nearby. Hotel was clean but had the smell of cigarette smoke.

My family stayed there for six nights, and this hotel is conveniently located near key attractions. The Puyue hotel is centrally situated in Baotou’s Qingshan District, with short taxi rides to attractions in the Kundulun and Donghe districts. For those seeking a brief respite from the heat, easy access to the Baotou Olympic Ice and Snow Center for fun-filled indoor ski/snowboard activities (one of my favorites). The hotel offers fresh milk daily in rooms and leaves complementary fruit along with crackers after cleaning, adding thoughtful touches of convenience and care. This is an ideal choice for travelers looking for comfort, proximity to attractions, pleasant experience, and wonderful service from all staff members.

酒店置身於公園之中，經典的國賓館配置，繞酒店一圈修有跑步綠道，綠樹成蔭，湖心島上還餵養了鴨鵝火雞孔雀，環境太優越。主樓門前的停車位略緊張，晚回來得在園區內找其他路邊停車位。 客房是新中式素雅風格，各項設施都維護保養得不錯，浴室乾濕分離，有智能馬桶，浴缸偏小。 早餐品類尚可，有當地特色鹹奶茶和現包羊肉燒麥。九點半高峯期客人不算多，但烘焙區幾個空盤遲遲沒有補貨。

We received awesome service from the helpful and friendly staffs who gave us informations on where to have our meals, etc. Going the extra mile of finding the location of our DiDi. Gave us complimentary coffee and snacks. The room was excellent with the Stary Sky theme of stars with shooting stars on the ceiling. 4 bottles of drinking water was an added advantage. Walking distance from hotel to Shopping malls of BHG as well as Wanda. Indeed an awesome designer hotel.

The hotel manager, Mr Hu is very helpful and provides great and useful information. His service level is a 5 star!! As it is our first time to Inner Mongolia and that area, we need some support on the area as our hired driver is not very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the rest of the team at the front desk are not helpful and appeared impatient when we ask them anything. Their service level is below average and perhaps management need to give them some motivation to improve their service level.

人在貴酒店數日，感受到貴酒店員工的熱情親切周到的服務，尤其是15樓做清掃服務的李大姐，工作態度認真，工作服務貼心到位，真的是讓我感覺到如家般的温暖和舒適。貴酒店的二樓餐廳環境也很好，菜品也很有特色，團隊用餐很合適。下次還會光臨貴酒店。

Staying at Xilamuren Grassland Tourism Resort was one of the most heartwarming and memorable parts of my journey in Inner Mongolia. The accommodations were clean, cozy, and perfect for the grassland atmosphere. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in every service – from check-in to meals and daily activities. The resort provided everything I needed for a comfortable and immersive experience. But what made this place stand out most was the hospitality of the host. The owner was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt at home – and that’s something you don’t find everywhere. If you're looking for a genuine local experience, with both comfort and connection, I highly recommend this resort. 5/5 for service, accommodation, food, and especially the amazing host.
