"This is our 3rd time to stay at the hotel and we have always been pleased with the service and the amenities for the price we paid. The room had a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom , TV, heater, coffeemaker, ref, water kettle, hair dryer and of course wifi. The staff in the reception and breakfast area are attentive to our needs. We booked an airport shuttle which is free of charge and they made sure we will arrive on time to the airport, William, the driver was great ( they called a taxi service in case the shuttle does not arrive but it was not needed at the end). Breakfast had a good variety of bread, coffee, drinks, egg.and ham. There's also a.microwave to heat up food. Also, its a 7 minute walk to the CF richmond center where you can buy stuff and food. They also have a vendo machine for quick bites and drinks near the elevator.Overall, this hotel made sure our stay will be best."

"Ei suositella. Sisäänkirjautumisen odotus oli liian pitkä, vastaanotto oli hidas ja palvelu oli ajattelematonta. Huone oli pieni. Lomakeskusmaksu oli voimassa, mutta lomakeskuksen päänähtävyys oli kasino. Ruoan toimituksesta huoneeseen veloitettiin 5 dollarin palvelumaksu ja 18 %:n tippi. "I called the hotel before my flight to ask about the shuttle bus service, and the girl who answered was like a robot in her answers and didn't seem interested in giving me very detailed or friendly answers. I was a little worried about finding the bus and asked if there was anything I needed to know about how to find the bus, and instead of explaining that the bus would have the name of the hotel on it (which was the case in the end, but isn't always the case in my experience- and I have travelled a lot) she just very robotically said to go to the charter pick up area. The shuttle bus was the main reason I booked this hotel, and I was a little bit choked by this interaction. The room was okay, it was clean, but confusingly unlit. The only light connected to a switch in the room was by the door, the rest of the room was lit only by 4 lamps (one of which didn't work) and it was incredibly dark in the room, even in the morning hours after the sun rose. The comforter on the bed was just a piece of batting sandwhiched in between two white flat sheets rather than a duvet cover. It would have been a nice service to have brought me a toothbrush to my room when I called down to the front desk and requested one, instead they made me come to the front desk in my pajamas for one. The hallways stunk of **** covered up by perfume. The guy who checked me in was nice and friendly, even though he had a lineup of people waiting to check in late at night and that must have been a little stressful for him. Overall, I felt the customer service at this hotel could be improved. Even if $120/night is not wildly expensive for Vancouver, it's still a lot of money, and the customer service doesn't need to suffer as a result."

"The name in my reservation was changed and I need to wait for the front desk person to talk to the manager and fix my reservation, we arrive to the hotel at 1:09 am after a long trip we had to wait for about 1h to get our room, very frustrating"

"The walls were thin, and the planes were loud, but overall, it was a nice place to stay. There were many restaurants and it was close to the airport, which we wanted. The staff were also nice and we had no major problems."

"Very very pleasant stay. We used it for an overnight 14h layover before continuing our trip - location is unbeatable, 1 min walk from check in areas - staff was all around very friendly - high quality (even though a bit old), but very well maintained and also high quality bathroom equipment (soaps, cremes etc). - beds were extremely comfortable - breakfast is à la carte with views of the airplanes / terminals - gym is small but all you need is there"

"This is one of the your chain hotels we have stayed in and this is the best. It was very easy to find the shuttle bus once we stepped out of the International Terminal. The driver of thd shuttle was very helpful with loading and unloading our luggages and my wife have him a good tip. The room is large and quite clean which allowed us for a good sleep before we continue our journey the next day. The breakfast is a bit too simple though, and not warm enough for us seniors. On the whole, we enjoyed our overnight stay after a long haul flight before we hop onto our next flight furth east."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. This time, I stayed there for celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday. The front staff I’ve met when I visited last time remembered me and I was impressed. She was so nice and kind. The hotel gave us a desert for the occasion which was so good. We had an amazing time! Thank you so much for the wonderful service!!"
