"Hotel is alright for a night stay. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are beautiful, the restaurant also is quite nice and the breakfast was definetly thr highlight of it. But the rooms are too worn out, furniture looking old, bedsheets with some stains, towels too thin, shower water was very little. Staff was nice, but checkin took a long time for no apparent reason."

"Já é a terceira vez que me hospedo neste hotel, o quarto é sem comparações, muito novo, limpo, cama e travesseiros excelentes, além de ser amplo e confortável. Um ponto que acredito que ainda tem a melhorar é o atendimento na recepção, possuem vários funcionários, mas sempre que fui tinha alguns em treinamento e inaptos para atendimento, isso atrasa um pouco o check in. O café da manhã é bom, com excelentes opções e a localização muito próxima do Aeroporto e do centro de Guarulhos."
