"Valitsimme hotellin Baita Dei Pinin lukuisten arvostelujen perusteella Internetissä ja erilaisten tekijöiden yhdistelmän, jotka ovat ratkaisevia hiihtomatkan. Haluamme korostaa seuraavia etuja hotelli: 1. Monimutkainen kunnostaminen hotellin tulevan olympialaiset. 2. Vastaava ja avuksi henkilöstön. 3. Erittäin maukasta aamiaista paikallisten tuotteiden. 4. Noin 400m kävelyllä hiihtohissiin, mutta voit myös ottaa hiihtobussi - pysäkki on lähellä. Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä historiallista keskustaa Bormio ja Promenade myös. 5. On lämmitetty hiihto- ja bootshuone. 6. SPA on pieni mutta hyvin viihtyisä ( sinun täytyy varata etukäteen vastaanotto), joten siellä on muutamia henkilöitä 1 tunnin istunnossa. 7. Huone itsessään on Standard Double balkonilla – melko pieni mutta suuri kylpyhuone ja suuri eteläinen balkonilla katselevat vuoret ja joki. Me todella nautimme täällä oleskelustamme. Suosittelemme varmasti hotellia ja jäämme takaisin, jos olemme Bormiossa."

"I think it’s more of a ski lodge type of place. We arrived in a summer heatwave and being told the place does not have a/c and being asked to crank open a window really does not cut it. They have this invention called a FAN. Maybe invest in a few. Apart from that wonderful stay and very helpful staff."

"We stayed three nights at the Palace Hotel between Christmas and New Year. Overall, we had a great time. The location of the hotel is central and there is a free shuttle to the cabinovia. Rooms were well furnished and cleaned regularly, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the spa. The staff was attentive and kind. There were plenty of options for breakfast and the food we were served at dinner was tasty as well (with the exception of an amatriciana pasta which was full of onion, although this was not stated in the menu). In particular, desserts deserve a mention. We would definitely come back as this is a great place to stay, but I'd recommend to reduce the heating in the rooms as it was too hot and not possible to be regulated, and to upgrade the hot tub in the spa."

"A worn-out hotel with small rooms and old interior. However, it is centrally located relative to the old town. There is private parking just across from the hotel. Some rooms have a view of the neighboring building, which is not very attractive. There is a lack of air conditioning in the rooms. The breakfast is very limited, and the service related to it is marked by some grumpy waitstaff. The service at the reception was fine."
