"This was my favorite hotel during my ten-day trip! Upon arrival, a butler helped with my luggage and drove us to our room in a golf cart. We booked the stargazing room, which was in the row closest to the lake, offering amazing views! The underfloor heating was already on when we arrived, which was a lifesaver given how cold it gets when the sun sets and the wind from the alpine lake picks up – stepping inside felt incredibly cozy! Everything was well-equipped and very clean. I'm already planning to come back in winter. My only regret is that I left two dresses behind, but the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and cooperative in arranging a courier for me. I absolutely loved it – service, amenities, and location all get full marks!"

"I chose Atour because I really like its decor style. Personally, I think it has a more artistic vibe than the InterContinental and AC next door. Honestly, the lake view rooms here don't offer as good a view as the InterContinental and AC; you're likely to be facing the construction site next door. So, I opted for a mountain view room, hoping the rooftop would make up for it. The mountain view room offers a glimpse of the snowy mountains to the south, but the foreground is the hotel's entrance road and the InterContinental and AC buildings next door. For privacy, I had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, so from a value-for-money perspective, a standard room type would have been better. The rooftop is perfect for watching the sunset, and if you're lucky, you might even catch the 'golden peaks' effect at sunrise. However, the southern view is blocked by the InterContinental's rooftop, so you can't get a shot of the southern snowy mountains and the lake in the same frame. There's a very friendly little cat at the hotel entrance; it saw me raise my phone and immediately came over to rub against my leg. Overall, if you just want a comfortable stay, you can't go wrong with Atour. But you really can't expect too much from the views. After all, the hotels by the lake are all a bit of a distance from it. For the best views, you really need to go into the scenic area or at least to an open space 1-2 km in front of the hotel."

Upstairs, there's a skylight – I didn't get to see the stars, but it definitely brightened up the room in the morning, waking me up! They initially assigned us the wrong room, but it was quickly rectified, and we even received some welcome fruit. Breakfast was just average."

"Choosing Elaine·Yilaiqian Hotel Backyard Royal Villa was absolutely the best decision we made when visiting Sayram Lake! First, a huge shoutout to Tu Tu at the front desk. Not only was she incredibly warm and patient during check-in, but she also proactively upgraded our room for free! We went from a standard room to the 'Chuanxing | Villa Style King Room,' which was much larger and more stylishly decorated. The moment we stepped in, we were drawn to the warm lighting and the simple yet upscale decor. The combination of light gray and wood tones was incredibly comfortable. The bedding was spotless and odorless, and the bathroom counter and shower area were immaculate. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into its hygiene management. What impressed me most was how quiet the hotel was. As a standalone villa-style hotel, there was absolutely no outside noise at night. Closing the windows brought complete tranquility, which is perfect for anyone wanting a good rest after a day of exploring. The in-room floor heating also gets full marks; Xinjiang winters can be very cold, but the room was warm and dry, making it comfortable to walk barefoot on the wooden floors. The breakfast on the second day also exceeded expectations. There was a wide variety, including local specialties like milk tea and pastries, as well as Western options like bread and coffee, catering to different tastes. Plus, the hotel is incredibly close to the east gate entrance of Sayram Lake scenic area, just a few minutes' drive, saving us the hassle of rushing early in the morning. All in all, this stay can be described as a 'pleasant surprise.' The clean environment, attentive service, quiet atmosphere, coupled with Tu Tu's heartwarming upgrade at the front desk, made us feel like we got great value for money. If we come back to Sayram Lake, we will definitely choose this hotel again! I highly recommend it to all travelers visiting the area – you won't be disappointed!"

"I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They proactively offered to carry our luggage and even provided a heater, anticipating that we might be cold, asking if we needed anything else. Their service attitude was truly excellent. However, upon entering the room, there was a strong sewage smell. As it was so late and I was exhausted, I didn't ask to change rooms. I traced the odor to the sink drain and managed to somewhat alleviate it by blocking the hole with wet towels and tissue, but the smell remained quite unpleasant. There was also a power outage; the electricity and water suddenly cut out while I was showering. This forced me to stop my wash, and I couldn't dry my wet hair because the hairdryer was unusable. The breakfast was mediocre, but what was worse was that the plates were all wet. I noticed that three entire rows of plates had water on them, causing my naan and other food items to get soggy. While I could get a fresh plate, it certainly wasn't a good first impression."

"I can only say I'm extremely satisfied. I arrived at Sayram Lake after 9 PM. The hotel I originally booked was ranked number one on Ctrip's luxury list, but when I got there, I found it was miles away from the lake and the room was terrible. So I decided to look for a chain hotel, and among similar price points, I chose Atour's new brand. I can only say it really won me over. Hotels in tourist destinations should have local characteristics instead of being generic or just putting out ugly things. The hotel room was quiet at night, but there was some noise during the day due to a construction site. Atour's bedding is very comfortable; I fell asleep instantly. The hotel's breakfast gets full marks; it's excellent value for money. When checking out, the front desk staff told me they added some items themselves, which made it so plentiful. I believe resort hotels should be like this – operated with care to create a great environment for guests. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Thanks to all the staff for taking care of us. They greeted us warmly and helped with our luggage. 4. **Quick Problem Resolution:** We returned from Sayram Lake close to 10 PM to find our room very hot and the AC not cooling. After the maintenance supervisor checked it, they immediately upgraded our room (we didn't even need new key cards, we just moved right in! This was fantastic, especially since we had already settled down, but the room was unbearably hot). 5. **Incredibly Welcoming:** We stayed with our one-year-old baby, and the young 'aunties and uncles' at the front desk and restaurant absolutely adored her. They interacted warmly with her and even gave her lots of bear toys, which really made us feel special! I highly recommend this hotel to parents traveling with young children. 6. **Breakfast:** Pretty good, with fresh ingredients and fruits, and tasty too. 7. **Review Incentive:** I rarely leave reviews, but they simply offered too much (both in service and gifts 😄). 8. **Construction Notice:** The ground floor road and parking area aren't fully completed yet, but parking was not an issue. 9. **Surroundings:** Several new hotels are under construction nearby, but with the windows closed, there was virtually no noise. 10. **Dining Out:** I ordered takeout for dinner as I was too tired to explore.
