We always have water here as it is also spring fed. Paddle boat, fish, wade, float, swim, as there are steps and a dock located by the river all at your own discretion when water is low of course. Another deck is above the hill and the porch yard seating allow viewing of river as well. Both living areas allow ample seating and tables for viewing TV.s in each room or tables for game play.
