The staff are really helpful and friendly! Amazing staff. Rooms were clean and big, and sea view was nice too. The food was not cheap, but really good as well.

A very nice place to stay that is relaxing and have a lot of amenities to enjoy. They have accommodated all our request perfectly… A lot of complimentary too that makes the space worth it to stay… Will definitely recommend and come back next time…

Nice getaway place from Singapore. Bali like resort with good amenities. Relaxing for a short trip far from everybody. Bring a book and restore your sanity here.

剛進門，電話就壞了，三個人輪流來修，酒店管家説衹用what’s app 聯繫，可惜我就是更新不了版本上不去，所以幾乎是完全沒有享受到管家服務的。衹能電話撥打0 聯繫，那出了房間就不能聯繫了。第一個晚上我被蚊子咬醒了，然後打電話跟前台説能不能多放一些滅蚊器，但是貌似稍微難一點的英語他們也聽不懂。一個大別墅不應該這樣啊。酒店印尼特色的餐廳RIA- RIA 需要預訂，消費好貴，我們點了兩個菜（一個蓋飯一小碗羊肉湯）兩杯飲料，人民幣500元出去了。優點是衞生是真的乾淨，服務員態度真的很好，自助早餐真的很好品種很多。

房間很大，露台也是，坐在外面吹吹風，非常舒服。房間的設施也很好，遠超我在新加坡2000多人民幣的酒店。印象最深的是服務，酒店人員英語很好，見到了都會很熱情的幫你提箱子，打招呼.….

I recently stayed at the Bintan Residence and had a wonderful experience with my friends. The hotel rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff here are friendly and attentive. There are three restaurants on-site where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. I highly recommend opting for the breakfast buffet package when booking your stay—it’s definitely worth it. The resort features a game room where you can enjoy activities like mahjong, table tennis, foosball, board games, and even chess with your friends or family. There’s also a little farm where guests can feed rabbits, which is a delightful activity for kids and adults alike. For outdoor enthusiasts, the hotel offers various outdoor activities and water sports packages to choose from. If you’ve never seen fireflies before, I recommend trying the firefly tour—it’s truly a unique and memorable experience. The on-site spa is excellent, and the staff’s skills made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The only downside we found is the remote location of the resort, it took a hour to travel here from the ferry terminal with limited dining options nearby. However, the quality of the resort’s amenities and services more than made up for it. Overall, I would recommend the Bintan Residence for a relaxing getaway.
