"It's a nice hotel. Everything you need is there. Good city part around. But the devil was hidden in the details. 1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off). 2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV. 3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time. And I thought: "ok we can live with that". BUT 3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: "It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating". This we find out after we have been "cooling" for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?). 4) We get a fan to cool down. 5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective). This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating. P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea) The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest"

"What a great hotel! Across the board we were blown away by how perfect this hotel made our stay. The staff - ALWAYS helpful and fun and professional. The room - Beautiful, large double bed for us was more than adequate and a large room. Bathroom - Great size and LARGE tub and shower with TONS of water pressure. Location - Bilbao is one of the most walkable cities, but the hotel is right at the edge of the river so 10 min to Guggenheim and 5 min to the old town. Breakfast - We had breakfast a couple times and the beans and eggs were my staple. The eggs were off the first visit, but the second visit they were much better. Bacon and pastries were tasty and the cream cheese with herbs was a treat. We will be back for sure. You won't be disappointed by staying here."

There was a mini bar in the room with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. I made use of that. I was visiting Bilbao for three night weekend stay. I was very happy with my stay. Unfortunately my friend was not happy with her room as she was not given the double room that she had booked. There was obviously some confusion at check in and she was given the wrong room. That was a pity. I would stay there again but my friend would not. So, overall a mixed review."

"Hotelli oli hyvässä paikassa - kävelymatkan kaikkialle ja vain kymmenen minuutin bussipysäkkäystä lentokentältä. Buffetaamiainen oli erinomainen (paitsi kahvia) ja hotellissa oli pieni baari ja istuimen alue, joka oli yleensä kiireinen. Asianmukainen paikka, joka on yleensä hyvin hintainen ( Olin siellä rugby ja se oli ylihintainen!)"
