Not good tour

Good location but very old facility, needs improvment. Food was terrible, don't eat in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is classy Mountain s view of Murree around the hotel gives another class of peaceful and beautiful ambiance The quality and taste of food is marvelous Ample space of parking available Above all are ok, however staff service at the dining area is PATHETIC No one bothered about the customers/ visitors, staff is not very professional, don't know how to serve the customers, even they don't know to make and ready the table before serving the food. Tables mat and napkins are not clean. With the drinks they didn't submit straws. They are quite reluctant to show their welcoming attitude at all, no smile, no thanks Very disappointed at the PC level hotel

A nice place.Want to enjoy good weather and good food? Visit this place. The hotel offers breathtaking views of lush green mountains, forests, and valleys. Good hotel but noisy Hotel is nice but very noisy with loud music till at least 11.00 am most nights. Noise is very bad if you are on the Mountain View side. After complaining to senior manager we were moved to opposite side where it was quiter.

Pretty disappointing The food served at the hotel is nothing to write home about. Their Nadia restaurant is a place one should avoid at all cost as it is poorly managed. The prices are way over the type compared to the quality on offer. The service is also below par and doesn’t match the star rating awarded to this hotel.

Over all it was a great experience. Dinner at terrace was good. Breakfast was average.

I have been to so many hotels and restaurants in Pakistan, but no one can compete PC bhurban mashallah. With delicious cuisines it's staff is very cooperative. Hat's up to the whole management and team. It's location is also awesome at the top of green mountain.

Beautiful place. Excelent and helpful staff. There two live singers in the evening. The view in the morning can not be purchased with money. Me and my wife were very happy. I wish we had more time

My stay was completely disappointing. There were little bugs in the room and in my bed. The service at breakfast was nonexistent. I got a table one day, put my book and water bottle on the table, to return to the table with my food - it is a buffet- and find a man sitting there. He had taken my table. The ability to use the pool was terribly restrictive and after all the kids had been in the pool. The massage was too expensive and the masseuse poured so much oil in me, did not know how to do a proper massage and left twice in the middle of the massage to talk to a colleague and then to get a drink of water. They tried to charge me for a 90 minute massage but my massage was not even 60 minutes. Overall NOT a relaxing experiencing. I would look for other places to stay. The food also was not great. The only good place was the organic cafe.

Had a great evening with my family at PC bhurban, first great welcome from manager rizwan and suggested hujra restaurant for dinner. Met with such a pleasent person Qasim Abbasi who escorted us to the restaurant and treated us like a VVIP. He made us so comfortable and explained well in details about the food and place. We got great treatment from anothet employee Mehtab. You guys are real gems. Food was amazing, chef made really tasty food.
