"Although this is possibly the most beautiful hotel I have seen with beautiful bedrooms, pools, food & charming staff there is one thing I cannot fathom. Why is there no music in the evening ? Every night I had to leave the hotel after dinner (when I didn't want to leave the hotel) to find some entertainment. I know the ethos is zen but if children screaming can pierce the tranquility then surely a classy singer in a corner of the site would only enhance the stay. Also the hotel shut for a conference while I was there cutting our trip short, very frustrating. That said an almost perfect hotel let down by the dull evenings where only one bar on the massive site opened & no music/ents were an option"

"Ilmoituksessa sanotaan on parkkipaikka ja onhan se mutta maksaa 18 € per vuorokausi ja on tosi tiukka paikka kellarissa perällä ei ole kahvin eikä vedenkeitintä ei jääkaappia vain ihan pelkistetty hotelli mutta siisti ja parveke oli ihan tilava ja oli iso pöytä ja kaksi tuolia joten kun kesä on niin siellä on mukava olla. Yöllä yhden jälkeen porukkaa tuli pitivät meteliä nuori porukka, mutta lähtivät samantien kovalla jalkojen koristelulla ulos eli saimme jatkaa kyllä nukkumista ja nukuimme oikein hyvin molemmat yöt mitä me siellä olimme. Aamupala on hintaansa nähden oikeinkin hyvä on munakasta kahvia pekonia jugurttia ja pullaa löytyyja palvelu vanhempi perhe väki on iloista ja auttavaista, vaikka ei kieltä osaakaan ja nuorempi mies osaa englantia kohtuullisen hyvin ja esitelmöi ja auttaa oikeinkin paljon. Heillä on 200:n euron deposit turva talletus pakko. Calle Venezuelasta löytyy parkkipaikka!"

"Not bad for a budget hotel but not be returning. The lifts was a night mare and being right on a hill, you was already out of breath before even getting in and then having to either wait half hour for the lift or walk up endless flights of stairs. Fab sea views but no balcony as its all windows. Hate the new none smoking rule. They have us an ashtray to then be told we was not allowed to smoke at the outside area. "

"I stayed in the Level in a grand suite. Room was amazing ,views lovely and heated pool perfect ! Colleagues are super nice and helpful . What has disappointed myself is initial response to ants in my room , on bed and along walls eventually it was dealt with however I did have to chase . No ants since it was resolved which is great. Service in the Level lounge is inconsistent not sure it is good value for money . I highlighted that evening tapas run out quickly this happened every evening even after raising it with a manager . Today no cheese as I was told they didnt have any however I have just been given a plate of cheese from the lovely lady in the lounge . The colleagues are doing their best , maybe the senior managers need to review the processes to support them ? Also I was told it is out of season however that should not impact your experience and is not an acceptable reason for a reduced experience for guests . I am returning next weekend with my grandsons as the resort is amazing in terms of location and facilities hopefully I will have an improved experience ! Thank you to all the super lovely colleagues who have helped its much appreciated xx"

"I had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I asked for a room with a sea view, and they kindly upgraded me to a room on the 35th floor with a stunning panoramic view of both the sea and the entire city. During a city-wide power outage that lasted the whole day, the hotel continued to operate as usual with full electricity, while other hotels were left completely in the dark. I was truly impressed and very satisfied with my stay!"

"The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options."

"3 out 4 of our group had sickness and diarrhoea during our stay. Various other people had same complaints in the hotel. Despite this staff there were no issues at the hotel, which was not true. No members of staff in restaurant wore gloves at any time we were there and the person dealing with show cooking used same utensils for fish and chicken. Would not stay again."

"This was our first time staying at RH Victoria, and it certainly won't be our last. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view overlooking a large part of Benidorm and the sea, which made our stay even more special. The entire staff deserves recognition for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Everyone was genuinely friendly and contributed to a wonderful holiday experience. A special mention goes to Alain, one of the animators. What a great guy! Friendly, spontaneous, cheerful, and above all genuine. There is nothing fake about him—he is simply himself, and his positive energy is contagious. No matter the time of day, he was always smiling and making guests feel welcome. Animation is a role that is often underestimated, but Alain shows how much of an impact it can have on guests' enjoyment of their stay. We sincerely wish him every success in his future career and are confident that his authenticity, dedication, and enthusiasm will take him far. "The hotel is in a great location, and the food was really tasty. We enjoyed our stay overall. The only downside was the cleaning in the morning. The cleaning staff started quite early and were making a lot of noise, which unfortunately woke us up and made it difficult to get back to sleep. It would be great if cleaning could start a little later or if the noise could be kept down in the morning."
