"Hotelli on erinomainen, aivan vanhan kaupungin reunalla, joten on helppo päästä suuriin ravintoloihin ja kauppoja plus ranta on alle 5 minuutin päässä, mutta se on myös aurinkosarja katolla esteetön aurinkokylpy ja suuri yksityisen uima-allasalueen yläpuolella Hotellin vieressä oleva ravintola. Kaikki henkilökunta oli todella ystävällinen ja apullinen ja meitä huolehtii uima-allasalueella Mai, joka ei olisi voinut olla hauskaa tai mukava, joka todella teki loma loma. Ne ovat pesupalvelu ja huoneet ovat ilmastoitu kävely suihkussa plus kaikki kätevä henkilökohtainen asia, kuten suihku geeli, shampoo, saippua, kengät kirkas, hiustenkuivaaja ja jopa kääpiö tarjotaan, jossa turvallinen vuokrata (halpaa) jos haluat. "I have just returned with a friend from a 4 night stay at this fabulous hotel, I just cannot understand some of the bad reviews, we just couldn't fault it. We went for a Level room which was huge with a seating area, large bedroom area with extremely comfy twin beds. There was also a walk in wardrobe and the bathroom was lovely with a separate shower, bath and double sinks and good quality Rituals toiletries and clean towels every day. The room was spotless. We had an amazing view across the golf course and across to the sea and Benidorm in the distance. Food was lovely with freshly cooked fish and meats as well as other dishes and plenty of salads etc. The food could have been hotter at times but it didn't stop us enjoying it and it was so nice to be able to eat breakfast outside overlooking the pool. Drinks were reasonably priced too. The Level pool was heated which was good and the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge were very good. All in all a fabulous break, highly recommended."
Four Points by Sheraton Costa Blanca Resort
"We just spent 5 days at the Grand Luxor resort and village, what a hidden gem. We stayed in one of the two bed villas, it was beautifully peaceful and quiet, amazing views from the upstairs balcony overlooking the towns skyline which was only a 10 minute taxi ride. It was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen, free high speed wi-fi, 3 TVs in the villa all with UK channels. Air conditioning, A helpful and friendly housekeeping team that could not do enough for you. We had our own small pool that was cleaned daily, perfect to cool off.. there were also 5 other lovely pools on the villa complex. The hotel resort and grounds were very well kept, again very clean with two large pool areas, the hotel was modern and finished to a high standard and always smelt lovely. A vast selection for breakfast so something for everyone. The villa was perfect for us, before the start of the season, so peaceful and quiet just what we wanted. The hotel would be ideal for children and families as it has so many facilities and so close to Terra Mitica with free tickets into the theme park. We will definitely be going back."

"I'm here at the moment, April 24th for 3 nights. I went to bed at 11.45 and as I write this it's 4 07 in the morning and it's roasting in this room. I've had to open the freezer door out of desperation for some kind of respite. It's the second night without air conditioning, which I've paid for, and is very important to me. All they say at reception is that they are changing from winter to summer That's all very well but I had no sleep the first night, no sleep last night and 100% no sleep tonight, no good to me. This place is ok, 2/3 stars when you look around. Rooms have enough space, clean, a stocked kitchenette and a hairdryer and a good shower in the bathroom where unfortunately, the rail falls off as it is not fixed. Can't say bad words about the staff as they do a good job. The venue room is ok for bingo and the like but too light and certainly basic. The pool is a good size and it's best feature and I wished I was in it now to get cool Too far from anywhere so if you have mobility issues it's a definite 6 or 7 minute taxi ride to the start of the old town"

"Had bed and breakfast. Room a good budget room. Clean and tidy. Staff really friendly. Quality breakfast but it wasn't hot every morning. It probably could easily be remedied. It's central location but be warned if you have mobility issues the bus drops you off on the main road and you have to walk about 5 minutes up hill with your cases and then back down to come home. All in all had a pleasant stay"

"Lovely high room with great view. And balcony. The staff are all very friendly and happy to assist with any questions. I forgot my plug adapter and the receptionist let me use one they had. The breakfast had plenty on offer and the food was good. It is an excellent location for the old town and had everything on your doorstep. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples. There is a gym and swimming pool which was cold but it was October/November. Plenty of sun beds."

"Mahtava hotelli! Zen ilmapiiri ja useita uskomattomia uima-altaita ja joitakin varattuja aikuisille on täydellinen rauhallisuutta. Kala-altaat ja kaskadit ovat niin kallis, että uskoisimme Baliin. Henkilökunta on mukava ja hymyilevä. Buffetaamiainen on monipuolinen ja maukasta aamiaista. Urheiluhuone, jossa on laadukkaita, mutta vähän. Negatiiviset seikat: kielteiset tariffit. 13€60 smoothie ja kahden paikan pankkitilejä uima-altaiden ympärille ovat maksavia: 200€ päivä! Olen jo oleskelenut hotelleissa, joissa se oli ilmainen. 135€ hierontaa SPA:ssa. 35€ l'assiette de Makis. 30€ ylimääräinen tunti, jos haluat myöhäistä check out. L’ambiance est certaine asiatique mais pas les prix ! Palaan mielelläni takaisin!"

"The receptionist was very friendly, our room was very spacious ! The bathroom had a walk-in shower and a bath tub, large basin, and separated toilet and bidet. Breakfast selection was excellent. Everything you could want. The location was great for us, because it is close to the Benidorm Palace, where we were going, but if you were going for the beach, it may be a bit far. 4 elevators was ample We didn't use the Spa facilities, or the pool, so I can't comment on those. ."

Shampoo, kehonpesu, terassi, hyvä istumaan ja rentoutua Epämukava: On etäisyys Old Town (kävely 20-30 minuuttia), ja siellä on monia pubeja, joissa musiikki on äänekäs, joten nukkuminen oli hyvin epämiellyttävää, koska se oli meluisa yöllä ja kevät sänky oli niin äänekäs. ㅠ. "Viime aikoina kunnostettu ja hyvin puhdas. Nieminen uima-allas ja ruokailuhuone on hyvin muotoiltu buffet tyyli palvelu. Aamiainen oli erinomainen. Ruoka oli kohtuuhintainen ja hyvä valinta, mutta hieman kylmä. Huoneet olivat hyvin sijoitettu ja hyvin puhdistettu päivittäin. Sijainti oli hieman kaukana elintarvikeosa Benidorm mutta kätevä Old Town Poniente ranta. Kaikki hyvin hotellissa ja jäädä takaisin."

"I have been to the Calypso several times now and I have never been disappointed. We got a good deal with jet2 just before the prices went through the roof. We requested a room near the lift due to some mobility issues and that is what we got This is the first time we had went full board and I am glad we did . Even though not very busy at lunch the food was fab , the same with breakfast and dinner . The rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need including a fridge and safe . One of the reasons I come back is the sunbed situation. There’s always plenty, no daft queues and if they are all filled ( as it was on Easter Saturday) they got more . Still plenty of space between them . Finally location location location . All the pubs are literally on your doorstep with the beach a 3 minute walk . What more could you ask for . The staff are all lovely as well"

"We stayed on the 18th floor the view was outstanding reading reviews before we left made me think what the hell had I booked but on arrival the staff was amazing we arrived at 2am and check in was fast the lovely man on the dest that night went into storage and got bucket and spades for my younger boys to play with on the beach the next morning.i normally have terrible sleep unless I'm in my own bed but I had lovely sleep the whole week the pool was amazing for cooling down after a walk into old town or to the beach all staff were lovely and helpful only down fall was no Aircon but fans were provided in the room we can't wait to go back in October as the apartment is in the perfect location for amazing restaurants and not too far to old town where our family live"

"The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options."

"Our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Costa Blanca was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel facilities were outstanding, offering everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The rooms and all public areas were immaculate, with cleanliness clearly being a top priority throughout the hotel. The food and beverage experience was equally impressive, with a fantastic selection and consistently high quality across every meal. The atmosphere around the bar and restaurant areas was welcoming and vibrant, making it a pleasure to spend time there. What truly made the experience special, however, was the attentive and professional team. Every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure guests felt valued and looked after. A special mention must go to Carlos at the bar, whose service level was exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and always made guests feel welcome with his positive attitude and excellent attention to detail. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations in every area. We would highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton Costa Blanca to anyone looking for outstanding service, excellent facilities, delicious food and drinks, and a spotless, comfortable environment."
