"Checking in We arrived at the resort at around noon and as check in isn’t till 4 we expected our room not to be ready and it wasn’t. We were told that we had been offered an upgrade into a premier room, and we were grateful. We were given our bands (we were all inclusive) and told to relax around the pool get some lunch etc. At around 2:30 I received a phone call from reception to let us know our room was ready. When we arrived at reception to activate our keys we were told we had been upgraded to a suite. We were Shocked, but thanked the staff and expressed our gratitude. We were taken to our room along with our cases in a golf buggy. Room We arrived at our room and we couldn’t believe how big it was. We had a lounge/dining room, which included a full dining table and chairs. A sofa and chair along with a large tv and a sideboard. In the sideboard there was a fridge which was full of drinks chocolates and snack. These are not free and you do have to pay for what you use. The bedroom had a super king bed a large wardrobe with a safe, dressing gowns and slippers. We had 2 side tables and another large tv. The bathroom was very spacious with a tub, overhead shower, vanity unity with sink, toilet and bidet. There was also everything you need from shampoo conditioner, shower gel, body cream and hand wash and these were all Rituals products. We were very happy with the room. Food There is one main restaurant which is for breakfast lunch and dinner, although this was very nice I found the hot food to be lacking for choice. There is an array of salads, cold meats breads and desserts, along with a children’s corner. We always managed to find something to eat, but like I said the hot section wasn’t particularly to our taste. The resort has 3 al la carte restaurants and you get a voucher to eat free in one of them, after that you do get a huge discount and it costs £16.50 for 3 courses. We dined at the Peruvian/japanese fusion restaurant and it was really good. We also dined at the Italian restaurant and this was our favourite. There is a snack bar, and the food was delicious here, you can choose from burgers, salads, tacos and quesadillas. This was great if you didn’t want to dine in the restaurant at lunchtime. There is also an ice cream shop which opens at 3pm till 11pm. This also part of the all inclusive, their gelato was delicious, they also served fresh milkshakes, and slushies. Pools and activities There are 3 main pools on the complex along with a baby pool and a kids kingdom were there is a splash zone and slides. The pools we used were in the main area where there is a bar for all your drinks and crisps and nuts at the bar. There is an abundance of sunbeds and we never struggled to get a bed. Overall this hotel is a very good hotel if you are looking for relaxation. There is nothing around the hotel, and you will need to take a taxi or bus to go to other places. Taxi to Benidorm central is around 17 euros each way and a tax"

"This is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms gets cleaned every day. There is a fridge in the room but you have to ask reception for a kettle - €10 returnable deposit (which is fab as other hotels charge you the full €10 for the privilege of using it). We love their luggage storage once checked out, so easy to use. Only one downside to this stay was the breakfast options - previous stay we enjoyed the breakfasts, this time we noticed their selection was limited and my partner had so little to eat so it was not worth the extra money for us this time. This was sad as we were looking forward to the breakfasts. Breakfast aside, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Just left the hotel after a 5 night visit booked through JET2.Arrived in the early hours of Sunday morning.Miguel on reception was great and made my arrival at the hotel a seamless one, despite having to deal with about half a dozen over exhuberent teenagers wanting to drop their bags off and go straight out on the strip at 1.30 am!.Dont get me wrong this is not a hotel for the younger crowd.This is a quiet hotel situated equidistand between the old and new towns.Around 15-20 minute walk to both.All reception staff were friendly and aporoachable.My initial room I booked through Jet2 was pretty bad.In that it had no balcony and barred windows.I found this claustrophobic and asked If I could change to a room with a balcony, which reception did without a fuss for a 60 euro charge.This room was great.Clean, nice bathroom and comfortable bed.No kettle, although I guess you could request one.Didnt bother me really.The TV only had a few English channels all ITV.I went full board.The food "floor -2 " was a bit hit and miss to be honest.Always plenty of it , hot food, salads etc but quite a number of the dishes were not labelled in detail.The desserts were great. A bottle of wine with your meal costs only 5 euros and you can leave it at the entrance with the staff for the next meal.The bar and "entertainment" area were well maintained and again great staff.The entertainment side of things was pretty poor in my opinion.Only a couple of hours max an evening as far as acts go.Very Spanish orientated, I was in Spain of course!!.Didnt bother me too much as there is plenty of entertainment a shortish walk away.The outside patio and pool area is very nice.I didnt use the pool but looked clean with more than enough sunbeds.There are excursion pamphlets on table near reception and staff will help you book for some.The Valencia day trip was excellent.The Alguera park is a beautiful place right behind the hotel.All in all a very good place to stay if some of the minor potential shortfalls I pointed out dont put you off."

"Booked a weekend break to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Arrived and decided to have dinner at the Bonsai bar ordered a steak and Salmon. Salmon was dry and the steak was over well done and very dry after ordering it medium to medium rare. When I complained and thought they were replacing it, they didn’t and just left us waiting. Things didn’t improve much from there. Will not be returning"

"Jäämme tähän hotelliin toista kertaa. Ruoka 2 lasta. On suljettu uima-allas, joka toimii koko vuoden ympäri ja avoimilla uima-allas, jotka työskentelevät uintikauden. Olimme huhtikuun lopussa, lasten avoimella uima-allas on jo toiminut. Vesi lämmitellään siinä, joten lapset olivat mukavia. Aikuisten avoin uima-allas myös työskenteli, mutta vesi ei lämmitetty siinä, joten kukaan ei uinut. Lasten discotekissa iltaisin on lasten ohjelmat. Ruoka on monipuolinen, kaikki oli tarpeeksi. Meillä oli paikallishuone 4-story: kaksi sänkyä ja yksi 2-sleep sänky sohva. Suihku ei ole kovin mukava nukkua. Ei muita väitteitä."

"Not much I can say really, the room I was allocated was dreadful so dark and dull and I was unable to open the curtains (dark black no net curtains or blinds) as I was on the 1st floor and there was a walk way fire escape outside my window which allowed people to look into the room. The amount of cigarette butts outside the window on the ground was crazy. The food was also so bad we had to find restaurants outside after paying for full board. The staff although nice they seemed to be under pressure which caused long delays at the various bars and reception. I won’t be returning…."

"Just had 3 fantastic nights at this beautiful hotel. It was a perfect stay. Rooms are lovely, not massive but really nice. Got Cava, chocolate covered strawberries and water on arrival which is a lovely touch. Rooms are clean and very, very comfortable. Lovely crisp bed linen and comfortable pillows and mattress. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever had in Spain. The only criticism I have is that it was not really consistent. Day one ordered scrambled eggs and tomatoes and they were delicious. Day 3 ordered them and they looked like an omlette and didn't really taste nice plus no tomatoes in it. I was quite disappointed. All the staff are lovely and very attentive. Great location in the old town with magnificent views."

"Viime aikoina kunnostettu ja hyvin puhdas. Nieminen uima-allas ja ruokailuhuone on hyvin muotoiltu buffet tyyli palvelu. Aamiainen oli erinomainen. Ruoka oli kohtuuhintainen ja hyvä valinta, mutta hieman kylmä. Huoneet olivat hyvin sijoitettu ja hyvin puhdistettu päivittäin. Sijainti oli hieman kaukana elintarvikeosa Benidorm mutta kätevä Old Town Poniente ranta. Kaikki hyvin hotellissa ja jäädä takaisin."

"A lovely clean and efficient apartments.we were thereon 1st feb 26 for 10 days and can not find a fault anywhere or at any time.We were on 8th with a lovely view of sea and the area.Rooms were very clean and modern,not 5* but a good 3*.beds were comfy and staff very nice.would we go back,yes.in fact already booked for nov 24th.[CAN WE HAVE THE SAME APARTMENT PLEASE.The christmas lights are far better here than at home.set in a lovely area between old and new.thanks."
