"Benidormin Gastrohotel RH ylitti odotuksemme. Henkilöstö oli niin ystävällinen ja meni ulos heidän tieltänsä olla apua. Tämä hotelli sijaitsee upealla paikalla vanhan kaupungin yläpuolella, joka tarjoaa upeat näkymät lahden. Aamiainen oli poikkeuksellinen kaikki tuoreet ja tilattu. Huomaa, että tässä hotellissa ei ole pysäköintitilauksia, jos ajoit. Pysäköimme Mercadonassa lähellä ja pyysimme vastaanottoa, joka kertoi meille, että heillä on sopimus auton pysäköintipaikalla ja pystyimme pysäköimään automme siellä 15 euroa yöllä. Huoneet olivat hyvin sijoitettu ja hyvin puhtaat. Makuuhuoneen paikka on erittäin mukava. Suosittelemme erittäin tätä hotellia oleskeluun Benidorm Espanjassa ."

"The hotel is located next to the park which is lovely . But if you are on the otherside you can see the busy road and hospital. My room was on the second floor number 2. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and shower excellent. The breakfast was awful, but they did cater for a british breakfast which was stone cold. Nothing like overcooked eggs cold. The Evening meal was ok . The staff mostly were friendly but spoilt by some who were as unfriendly and cold as the breakfast. The bar staff were good the best part of the hotel. For the money it was adequate but I will not stop here again. Ho yes the room as bars on the windows and that side of the hotel is very noisy. The hotel is on an hill so would not erecommend for people with walking problems."

What has really stood out to us is how friendly, welcoming and helpful the staff have been throughout our stay. A **massive thank you to Jason**, who has been an amazing waiter. He’s been so friendly, attentive and professional, always with a smile on his face, and has really gone out of his way to make us feel welcome. He’s a real credit to the hotel. We’d also like to give a special mention to **Victoria in the Casa Nostra restaurant**, who has also been fantastic and made us feel really looked after, always with such a big smile. I also want to say a big thank you to **all the other waiters, waitresses and restaurant staff** at Casa Nostra and Papamambo. Unfortunately, I haven’t managed to get everyone’s names, but you’ve all been brilliant, friendly and attentive, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. We really appreciate how hard you all work. The **reception staff who checked us in** also deserve a special mention. They were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived and gave us a great first impression of the hotel. The **entertainment and pool staff** have also been brilliant. Overall, not only is the hotel beautiful, but it’s the staff who have really made our stay special. A huge thank you to everyone, especially Jason and Victoria, and to all the restaurant, reception, pool and entertainment teams. We’re still enjoying our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel based on the fantastic service we’ve received. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Täydellinen kaatuminen, joka on ollut taantumassa vuosi vuodessa, 10 vuotta sitten, ja vaikka se ei ole koskaan ollut panacea, vahinko on jo hyväksymätöntä. Ei laitteiden vaan huonon palvelun ja huonon huolenpidon vuoksi. Pelastaa ruokailuhuoneen (ei kaikki) ja baarin palvelijat (kaikki fantastiset), vastaanotto- ja master huolenpito on valitettavaa. Animointi, joka on avain valinnan monia perheitä, ei ole olemassa ja on tarkoitettu yksinomaan vanhempien, jotka ovat jo yli 90 prosenttia vieraista. Erityinen maininta "Inma", vastaanottaja, jolla on huono koulutus, joka pilkkaa häpeällistä. Lopulta se on kallista, ja meidän on hyvästeltävä ikuisesti tästä hotellista, joka oli mahdollinen asemansa iso resorti, mutta on jäänyt kolmanneksi hotelliin."

"We stayed at this beautiful hotel over the weekend for my nieces hen. The rooms were lovely, clean and cool. I had a city view room which was a bit smaller but didnt spend a lot of time in there so not a problem. The pool/bar area was outstanding. The staff were a delight and couldn't help enough. We were able to book a late check out at short notice which was much appreciated Our booking came with breakfast which was varied and plentiful. The omelette station was delicious!! Thank you for a very memorable stay - will definitely be returning for a longer stay"

"So we got asked for a £50 deposit each as soon as we came what we did not know about the beds aren’t great or the pillows tv is just Spanish was 2 beds so we had to stay on the couches and the shower went cold most the time"
