The reception guys are mixed some of them are nice and some not caring. The issue is the hotel is very old and apparently rarely renovated, I smelled a bad smell coming from the sewer, the furniture was old and no shampoo no soap. The location is very good tho very centric. Hope it improves because it has potential. Kindly

非常好，能在貝魯特做到不斷電不斷水，熱水管夠，服務熱情周到，wifi還可以，不容易了。

Great value for money This place is looking a bit tired but the price reflects that. This is amazing value in a great location with friendly and agonising staff.

Terrible very terrible staying, place very dirty, rooms all smell, bugs and insects everywhere, sockets all plugged out, not worth money, if I can rate it minus 10 I will do. not recommended at all!

Very helpful and kind concierges

Dit is het beste hotel waar ik heb verbleven in Beiroet. Iedereen is heel behulpzaam en aardig. De kamer is letterlijk perfect. Personeel staat altijd open voor hulp. Internet en airco zijn ook aanwezig en dat was heel fijn.
