Upon entering the hotel, you'll first see the Wanping Cliff Ecological Park, which is exceptionally beautiful. The hotel staff are very friendly, and our butler, Xiao Feng, thoughtfully upgraded our room for free, greatly enhancing our experience. Our room featured a huge floor-to-ceiling window offering breathtaking views of the garden and the sea. The room was very clean, and the mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks. The hotel boasts a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, and even a record room… we practically didn't want to go anywhere else. Highly recommended! If you're a photography enthusiast, you'll definitely capture stunning photos. The only slight drawback is the limited breakfast options, which could be improved."

They normally offer pier shuttle service, so we inquired, unaware it wasn't included in our package. However, the front desk staff had a very bad attitude and was quite rude. When we asked if they could still provide the service, they very firmly stated it wasn't included in our package. It's fine if they explain it clearly, but they kept repeating the same thing several times, each time with a harsher tone, and showed no willingness to discuss it. This really left a bad impression. We ended up having Ctrip communicate with them about other matters. Besides the service, everything else was great."

Because this time I took the children to experience the sea, the location is very, very convenient. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the entrance of Silver Beach. Even if the children don’t bring clothes, they don’t have to worry about catching a cold. The room is consistent with the picture, fully intelligent, and the swimming pool is also very clean. The B&B can also rent a car, and also provides toys such as sand shovels for children to play. There are small gifts at check-out, which is really great. If I have a trip to Beihai next time, I will choose here again. Recommended!"

It's just a 5-minute walk to the sea, and we could be on the soft sand shortly after stepping out of our room, which was super convenient for taking the kids to dig for seashells. The hotel has its own pool, and the kids absolutely loved the swing in the courtyard. The most thoughtful touch was the free beach toys provided, so we didn't have to bring our own. The bed was enormous; there was plenty of space for two adults and one child without feeling cramped. The bathroom was also very spacious, making getting ready hassle-free. Attention to detail was definitely a highlight. The whole hotel is incredibly quiet, a real escape from the hustle and bustle. Plus, they offer complimentary snacks and drinks. The breakfast spread was diverse and fresh, and after a satisfying meal, we'd head to the beach for a stroll – pure bliss!"

"The whole house viewing design is really amazing. The room has its own large floor-to-ceiling windows + sea view terrace. Opening your eyes is the beautiful view of the sea and the sky. The most pleasant surprise is the service. It is a 5-minute drive from the pier. It is picked up on the island and helps with luggage. The butler service is super good. It will pull the group and give full emotional value. There is a need to be on call. The hotel has afternoon tea and evening products. Breakfast can also be delivered directly to the room without going out."

Projector movie was nice, would have been better with a vip account included ;) Swimming pool was not emptied because of the cold like many others hotels do around, which was a bonus perk. A laundry service would have been nice though, as a traveler i prefer to focus on visiting and planning my trip than checking my own laundry."

The swimming pool is large, deep, shallow, and for children, meeting the needs of all ages, and the baby doesn't want to leave. I only stayed for one day this time, and the adults didn't stay long enough. I will stay here next time I come to Beihai. It's about a seven-minute walk from the Silver Beach."

The neighborhood atmosphere was also great, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The place was very clean, and they were incredibly responsive to any needs after check-in. They patiently recommended nearby attractions and local restaurants, treating guests like friends. The facilities were also very complete."

"Upon arrival at the hotel, a butler proactively helped with our luggage. During check-in, the front desk also asked us to add the hotel butler on WeChat; we could contact them anytime with any needs. The front desk staff even upgraded our room for free! 😊 The room's decor was beautiful, with a French retro feel, and the soundproofing was excellent, which was perfect for light sleepers. The hotel service was truly commendable! We ordered two drinks and a bedtime stew, all delivered to our room by the butler. They also contacted us via WeChat the night before to ask what we wanted for breakfast the next morning; we could either come downstairs or order and have the butler deliver it to our room at a specific time. The service was truly amazing! 👍🏻 Since we arrived at the hotel around 7 PM and had to catch a flight back to Chengdu early the next morning, we didn't have time to take photos of the garden included in our package 😭 I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beihai; the service is truly superb."

"Advantages: It's a new hotel, so there's a slight smell from the renovations, but it's generally acceptable. The rooms are smaller than other Lifeng hotels. Hot water and the bathroom are decent. It's not far from the high-speed rail station. Disadvantages: The breakfast selection is too limited. They don't provide yogurt, and everything is scarce. I stayed for two nights, and breakfast was always very little, regardless of when I went. The rooms are also too small."

The only drawback is that it was too cold when I went there that day. The quilt was super thin at night. My partner was too cold to sleep at two o'clock in the middle of the night. There was a man on duty and he didn't ask for a quilt. If you go there, remember to ask for an extra quilt in advance. Super recommended ~"

During the off-season, the room was sufficient, and the housekeeper took the initiative to upgrade the room type for us. Thank you very much! Speaking of the restaurant on the first floor, the cooking tastes good."
