"I was very satisfied with my overall experience at this hotel! First and foremost, the most convenient aspect was the airport transfer service. The driver was punctual and friendly, making the journey from the airport to the hotel very smooth. I didn't have to worry about transportation or getting lost at all. This service is truly thoughtful, especially for first-time visitors to the city. The hotel's hygiene was also quite impressive. Whether it was the lobby, elevators, or inside the rooms, everything was meticulously cleaned, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and all the towels and amenities were well-stocked, making for a very reassuring stay. The daily cleaning service was also excellent; the staff would proactively clean and replenish daily necessities. The location was also fantastic. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. You can easily find food or daily essentials within a short walk. Whether you want to try local specialties or just grab a quick meal, it's incredibly easy. Moreover, the hotel is not far from shopping malls and public transportation, making it convenient for taking a taxi or public bus."

"Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel's location was perfect for me, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The service was good, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a shelf or holder in the bathroom for facial wash and other small personal items during showers. In addition, having an automated curtain control button would be a great enhancement. A little more automation throughout the room would make the overall experience even better. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would be happy to return."

"If this is your first stop for accommodation after arriving from another country at night, please avoid this place. First, upon arriving late at night, you'll find there's no hotel sign, no front desk, and no internet access, making it impossible to contact staff. Even when a Grab driver arrived, they were baffled, saying they couldn't see any hotels nearby. They led me around the area for two hours, asking several people who said there was no hotel in the vicinity. Luckily, someone returned around 3 AM and I asked them, and they lent me their hotspot so I could contact staff. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to find it at all. The entire process is self-service; the room key is in a locker with a combination lock. It felt like meeting with spies – a terrible experience. The only redeeming quality was that customer service was online at 3 AM, showing they weren't asleep – that deserves praise!"

Rooms are spacious and quite soundproof. The bed in the master room was squeaky. We complained to the front desk and they fixed it immediately and if we were unsatisfied they offered us to change our room. All's good after the fix. Has a restful 4 nights here."
