My family enjoy the stay and will definitely be back again.

The hotel staff are accommodating. The only problem in our stay the air condition in our room is not working we reported to front desk and they only gave 1 electric fan also the bathroom has bad smell.

🏖️挺大的，位置比較便利。周邊配套吃喝玩樂娛樂設施齊全，交通狀況比較便利，去機場比較方便，還是挺好的。

設施陳舊，房間內無一次性牙膏牙刷、拖鞋等基本用品，早餐基本沒什麼可吃的，泳池也比較臟，再也不會來了。

Has 2 or 3 small pool with a slide. Bfast was local dish. We only stayed 1 night. Got a wrist band to go to their sister resort close by to checkout the beach and resto. As usual staff was excellent. Will return again

The room is clean and nice, it has a veranda for you to enjoy the view of the resort. My kids enjoyed the kiddie pool and they have life guards. The staff are very accommodating. We requested to extend pool time for night swimming and they assisted us and appointed a lifeguard to watch over us. Thank you.

My kids enjoy the stay.! Very relaxing

Room didn't have a dental kit. There was a small piece of metal coil bed spring sticking out of one side of the bed which could injure someone.

My stay at Marand Resort-Highway was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool with slides—it was a hit for both kids and adults! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to both the resort’s facilities and nearby attractions. Alonzo’s Diner served delicious meals, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and inviting. I highly recommend Marand Resort-Highway for families, groups, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service

Great service The hotel was simple, clean, had really great customer service. Everybody there was very nice and hard-working

The reserved room for us is nice. Not to mention that there’s an open access to the beach which is a big plus because we love to watch the sunset. However, there is still a room for improvement on their breakfast buffet. If they could consider adding more variations, that would be totally awesome.

Although we always check in at Marand Resorts, It’s our first time to check in at Marand Beach Resort in Bauang La Union and it was really great! We had a late check in since we arrived at around 7pm. Check in was smooth and the Family Room was exactly as described online. We were greeted by Jona and she gave all details that we will be needing for our stay. Henry also assisted with our Luggages while the Manong guard was also very welcoming. The following day, we had to attend something at a very early time making us miss the breakfast from 7am. We were lucky enough to be accommodated by the Dining Team when we arrived at around 9:30am just in time before they closed the Buffet. Kudos to your Team Chef Brenn, Bert, Emerson, Christian and Zedrick. My family enjoyed swimming in the Beach and in the Swimming Pool. We wer supposed to stay for 2 nights but Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to cut our stay short. We weren’t sure if we can make it on time for the check out so I just asked if it’s possible to extend a little bit for a late check out. Without hesitations, Mariz and the FO Team allowed us to extend a couple of minutes which we didn’t take in the end since we managed to pack on time. The Housekeeping Team also were very accommodating in all our requests like fan, towels, etc. Thank you Jinky, Teresa & Lovela. Thank you Marand Beach Resort Team. We will definitely come back and also recommend Marand to our friends and family.

Auch unser 3. Aufenthalt im Marand hat uns wieder gut gefallen, s. Bewertung der Vorjahre. Sehr schwierig gestaltete sich diesmal der Buchungsvorgang. Erst nach diversen Versuchen erreichten wir Jemanden am Telefon, der die Buchung entgegen nahm. Die Buchung wird aber erst gültig nach erfolgter Anzahlung und Übersendung eines Fotos des Bankbelegs per Mail. Bei erneuten Telefonaten wurde uns mitgeteilt, unsere Mail sei (immer) noch nicht angekommen. Wir hatten die vom Hotel genannte Mail Adresse benutzt, die aber zwischenzeitlich geändert wurde.
