"The hotel is located in a clean and quiet neighborhood, about a 7-minute walk from the tram stop, which is four stops away from Basel SBB station. The room was well-equipped and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The only minor downsides were the lack of clear instructions regarding waste separation and room cleaning services. Also, there was no information stating that an extra charge would apply for additional towels, so I had to bother the front desk every time to ask. On the plus side, there's a supermarket nearby, which was convenient for grocery shopping and cooking some delicious meals."

"This hotel is great. The staff are very nice and helpful in every way. It has all the amenities that’s required for tourists and it’s very clean.. Breakfast was good no complaints here. They even have a QRCODE for a free ride on the tram or bus. how cool is that. They even called a taxi for us to take us to the Viking tor departure. We definitely recommend this hotel. Oh by the way it’s only five minutes walk to the center Basel..GREAT PLACE."
