"I stayed at Numa Brio with my teenage daughter for 4 nights. We used the Metro from Placa Catalunya to nearby Fontana station with a short walk from metro to Hotel. There are great shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants all within a few steps of the hotel. The area feels safe and family friendly. The room was quite small but we took a few minutes each day to organise our things and that worked well. There is free tea/coffee/water/juice in the room. There is a safe and fridge, hairdyer in bathroom. Good shower, comfy bed, quiet at night. Nice walled garden to relax with a croissant from local bakery, no restaurant or reception in hotel. Access is via a pin code sent on day of arrival. It worked well for us, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. "

"We stayed for 4 nights and were grateful to the hotel for upgrading our room. The hotel is very new, with double sinks in the bathroom, and the shower facilities are modern and clean. The amenities provided are also high-end, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The service was excellent; the Chinese ladies at the front desk were warm and friendly, and they answered all our questions enthusiastically – a definite highlight! The hotel breakfast was good, and you could even order complimentary pancakes or omelets, so getting a full meal was no problem at all. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with many highly-rated restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. A 5-minute walk to the left takes you to Casa Milà, and about a 15-minute walk brings you to Casa Batlló (where you'll also find the Gràcia metro and train stations). Turning right and walking for 5 minutes leads you to Provença metro station, which is very handy for getting to Mount Tibidabo. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with our 5-day, 4-night stay in Barcelona, and I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel was great overall, but the bellman who helped with luggage when we were leaving in the morning was incredibly annoying. It was very early, and I initially considered asking the hotel to call a taxi. When I got to the entrance, he was just being weird. I preferred to call an Uber myself, but the car was taking a bit longer to arrive. He kept grumbling and complaining, saying their taxis would have arrived long ago, that they've called many cars, and all guests use their service. He just kept talking and talking, for as long as we waited. If it was really about saving his time, we could have just taken our luggage to the car ourselves, instead of him trying to rush us like that."

"Koska varasimme Ctripin Barcelonan yksityiskierroksen, matkaohjelmaan kuuluva hotelli oli Mercure. Koska saavuimme kohteeseen aikaisemmin, valitsimme myös Mercuren jo edellisenä iltana. Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vastaanoton henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, ja hotellin ympäristö oli miellyttävä. Hotelli sijaitsi lähellä asuinaluetta, ja alakerrassa oli kahvila ja ruokakauppa, joten ruokaostosten tekeminen oli erittäin kätevää. Hotellin aamiainen oli myös runsas ja täytti periaatteessa kaikkien vieraiden tarpeet. Yöllä nukuimme rauhallisesti. Kylpyhuone oli tilava, mikä on jo suuri etu kaupunkihotellissa. Sisäänkirjautumisemme osui uuden vuoden aattoon, ja hotelli tarjosi meille 12 rypälettä 31. joulukuuta 2025, joten pääsimme kokemaan espanjalaisen uuden vuoden ilon ja tunnelman. Neljän yön peräkkäinen oleskelumme tuntui erittäin turvalliselta ja ystävälliseltä. Kokemus oli samanlainen kuin kotimaan Mercure-hotelleissa. Valitsen usein Mercure-hotelleja myös kotimaassa. Tämä matka oli kaiken kaikkiaan erittäin onnistunut."

"The neighborhood is a bit dirty. The city center is a 3-minute drive away, which is quite convenient. Otherwise, there's nothing interesting nearby, except for the beach. The hotel itself is fairly decent, although I found the rooms a bit small (double room) and the glass partitions in the bathroom not very attractive. We received a warm welcome from the staff. The €18 parking fee was a bit of a turn-off. We chose this hotel because it was the closest and cheapest to the place we wanted to visit (Olympic Arena)."

"I booked an apartment through Airbnb in December. Yesterday, while checking in online, I discovered it was a 13m2 room!!!!!! I always use the entire home filter when booking an apartment and I got the confirmation email: numa | Modern room in Gràcia Barcelona Entire home/apt, host: Numa Brio Go to Numa Brio's profile I brought this up to the attention of both the host and Airbnb, and both denied the evidence, claiming I was right. I acknowledged it, but there was nothing I could do and I cancelled the reservation, losing €175. Staying in a 13m2 room is like being in a prison cell! The customer service from both the host and Airbnb was terrible. The first person I contacted (from Spain) told me I was absolutely right, but then they changed their story in Rome. You feel like you're being taken for a ride..."
