VVieraskäyttäjäI recently stayed at Phong Nha Mountain House, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable and welcoming experiences I've ever had. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They helped with everything from laundry and food to providing invaluable advice about the local area.
They also assisted in booking an incredible tour around the caves, which was a highlight of my trip. When my motorbike broke down, they offered to find a mechanic for me and even took me to the bus station to make sure I could continue my journey safely.
I could not recommend Phong Nha Mountain House enough. The hosts are some of the kindest, most genuine people I have met, and their hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable.

The room was rather unclean with ants all over the place but other then that not to bad for the price There is a church close to the property which played music extremely loud at 6am waking up everyone (Monday) I’m not sure of this is a normal day or week thing but be warned you will not sleep…….

MMichel du CanadaChambre vaste, confortable, au calme, à quelques centaines de mètres du chemin des voitures, avec salle de bain spacieuse.
Superbe vue sur la rivière et nombreux endroits pour s'asseoir pour la regarder.
On a été très accomodant à mon égard, alors que mon autobus est arrivé à Phong Nha très, très tôt et que je n'avais pas réservé de chambre pour la nuit pendant laquelle mon autobus voyageait. Merci.

Kahvaltı saatleri 07:00–09:00 denmesine rağmen saatinde resepsiyon kapalıydı, görevli uyuyordu. Menü önceden söylenenden çok daha sınırlıydı ve iletişim sırasında gereksiz gerginlik yaşandı. İnternet çok yavaş ve sık sık kopuyordu, çoğu zaman mobil veri kullanmak zorunda kaldım. Oda idare ederdi ama hizmet kalitesi ve saygı açısından çok olumsuz bir deneyim yaşadım. Vietnam’daki en kötü konaklama tecrübemdi.

RRamona EftimieOverall, I have a good impression of the family who runs this accommodation. The location is excellent, right by the river, and the people are very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was good and enjoyable.
What I did not like was the fact that we stayed in December, when the humidity was extremely high. The windows were constantly wet, and the room developed a musty smell. We had to keep the air conditioning on all the time to manage the humidity, but then the room became very cold.
In general, it is a rather chilly accommodation, especially in winter, but the river view is absolutely beautiful and makes up for it.

VVieraskäyttäjäНемного далековато от центра поселка,, пешком минут 20. Если хорошая погода , это нормально и можно прогуляться. Но я попала под ливни и ехала на такси до пристани а потом пещеры вообще закрыли. Для тех кто на байке это просто идейный вариант. Двор красивый , ухоженный, номер уютный и очень стильный. Завтракать, ужинать можно во дворе, еда вкусная. В целом все хорошо

VVieraskäyttäjäI can 100% recommend this to anyone!! It’s a very lovely family-run homestay which is located very very well. The staff is nice even though not all of them speak English and the breakfast is delicious as well. What I liked the most where the rooms with the big windows and balconies overlooking the river and the mountains. It was incredible waking up with this view.
The perfect place to stay if you want to rewind.

Bbob007nice lady at the front desk kind of loud at night with people singing but that ends around 11 pm u can't rent a bike at the front desk but make sure they give you a good working motor bike.. the also the nature thing is right down the street as the front desk and if u book tours the cave thing was fun but too fast see if you can book a private tour instead

VVieraskäyttäjäThe staff is very generous and helpful. He gave advise for activities, booked our next bus and rented us his motorbike. He even invited us to watch the final soccer match of the national team with him and his friends, which was an really fun experience.
The free breakfast was really nice, pancake, fruit, juice and coffee and also other options, while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley from the rooftop.
Room had a nice balcony, was clean and beds were comfy.
We could leave our bags after checking out ans even use a hot shower after a day of activities before we took our next bus.
Would definitely recommend!
