"I recently stayed at this excellent new hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the design and overall ambiance. The property is beautifully decorated, very tastefully done, and neatly maintained. From the well-lit areas to the artwork on the walls, every detail feels premium and superior, exactly what you’d expect from a 5-star property. The staff are brilliant—always super helpful and welcoming. The location is superb; it’s bustling with energy, just a few minutes’ walk from the river and the city centre. Being attached to a mall with all the necessities is a huge bonus. I also loved the great rooftop pool and the small but adequate gym. The rooftop itself is superb for watching the sunrise and sunset. Breakfast offered great choices and the coffee was excellent. However, there are a few areas for improvement that would make this hotel truly perfect: · Water Policy: In a tropical climate, charging for water after just two complimentary bottles a day feels off. It’s not about the cost, but the principle. I’d suggest adding a small amount to the room rate to allow for unlimited water. · Soundproofing: It can get a bit noisy from the corridor or rooms above, especially if kids are active. Thicker carpeting might help resolve this. · Lift System: The two lifts operate independently. You have to press the button for both, and often both arrive when you only need one, leading to longer wait times on higher floors. · Rooftop AC: The rooftop public lounge area is a great spot to work or relax, but the aircon wasn't on. I appreciate saving energy, but it would be perfect if guests could request it be turned on while using the space. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with a great vibe. I would definitely return and hope they tweak these small details."

"Very nice staff even though they don't speak English. The hôtel is very clean. The location is outside the city, so you have to take the taxi. The hotel is too noisy."

"The room is a good size. However the bed can be improved in terms of quality. Only 2 pillow given for a double bed. Bathroom was large and adequate. Buffet breakfast spread was big. But a bit lacking for vegetarians. But they did gave us a bowl of noodle soup with mushroom. Not very tasty but they did try. All in all, an average stay for us."

"Hotel z bardzo dobrą lokalizacją. W centrum miasta obok kawiarnia, sklepiki i bardzo blisko nabrzeża skąd można wypłynąć na pływający targ. Wycieczkę można kupić samodzielnie na nabrzeżu oraz zabukować przez hotel. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i pomocna. Sympatyczna dziewczyna w recepcji zorganizowała dla nas bilety na autobus do kolejnej miejscowości na naszej trasie oraz pływający targ. Wszystko było zgrane w czasie, więc zdążyliśmy jeszcze zjeść śniadanie przed odjazdem po powrocie z targu. Pokój bardzo czysty z działającą klimatyzacją. W pokoju było wszystko co zamieszczono w opisie. Smaczne śniadania. W recepcji ”stróżuje”milusiński piesek- maskotka."

"I paid about 50 usd for the night and compared to other places in Vietnam, I did not think it was worth it. The pool was kind of dirty, I swam laps and it was cloudy with particles. The beds were hard and not very good, they felt old.I thought the staff was great and friendly. The breakfast was decent and had a lot of options. It is located in a good area, close to attractions but the river view sides is very loud with music. Overall I thought it was ok, but not great."

"Our stay at Can Tho Victoria Hotel was delightful! Despite the hotel being old, the amenities were excellent, and the central location was convenient. The daily tours offered were a highlight, and our experience was elevated by the amazing tour guide, Trung. His knowledge and enthusiasm added a special touch to our exploration. Overall, a great choice for those who value a blend of comfort, location, and outstanding guided tours."
