"I recently stayed at this excellent new hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the design and overall ambiance. The property is beautifully decorated, very tastefully done, and neatly maintained. From the well-lit areas to the artwork on the walls, every detail feels premium and superior, exactly what you’d expect from a 5-star property. The staff are brilliant—always super helpful and welcoming. The location is superb; it’s bustling with energy, just a few minutes’ walk from the river and the city centre. Being attached to a mall with all the necessities is a huge bonus. I also loved the great rooftop pool and the small but adequate gym. The rooftop itself is superb for watching the sunrise and sunset. Breakfast offered great choices and the coffee was excellent. However, there are a few areas for improvement that would make this hotel truly perfect: · Water Policy: In a tropical climate, charging for water after just two complimentary bottles a day feels off. It’s not about the cost, but the principle. I’d suggest adding a small amount to the room rate to allow for unlimited water. · Soundproofing: It can get a bit noisy from the corridor or rooms above, especially if kids are active. Thicker carpeting might help resolve this. · Lift System: The two lifts operate independently. You have to press the button for both, and often both arrive when you only need one, leading to longer wait times on higher floors. · Rooftop AC: The rooftop public lounge area is a great spot to work or relax, but the aircon wasn't on. I appreciate saving energy, but it would be perfect if guests could request it be turned on while using the space. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with a great vibe. I would definitely return and hope they tweak these small details."

"Our stay at Can Tho Victoria Hotel was delightful! Despite the hotel being old, the amenities were excellent, and the central location was convenient. The daily tours offered were a highlight, and our experience was elevated by the amazing tour guide, Trung. His knowledge and enthusiasm added a special touch to our exploration. Overall, a great choice for those who value a blend of comfort, location, and outstanding guided tours."

"The room is a good size. However the bed can be improved in terms of quality. Only 2 pillow given for a double bed. Bathroom was large and adequate. Buffet breakfast spread was big. But a bit lacking for vegetarians. But they did gave us a bowl of noodle soup with mushroom. Not very tasty but they did try. All in all, an average stay for us."

"Phòng sạch nhưng hơi nhỏ, khách sạn này theo riêng mình thì nó không xứng với tầm giá, giá cao nhưng dịch vụ đi kèm quá kém, khách sạn 4 sao mà không có tủ lạnh, tv thì chỉ xem được đài không thể kết nối intenet và kết nối vài điện thoại.Thậm chí không có tủ để quần áo,trong khi đó ks 1-2 sao là đã có đủ những thứ này rồi. Mùi phòng quá nặng. Sẽ không quay lại vì thấy không xứng đáng với số tiền bỏ ra."

"太美了，理想中的湄公河三角洲上的老家大宅，坐着船進入小島，一大片的草地和榕樹，中間是餐廳、泳池和bar，荷花池，佈局簡潔大氣，類似古典中國庭院的穩重，又帶着熱帶花園的浪漫。河景房能平視依然非常傳統平靜的湄公河支流，河岸沒有任何人工建築，躺在床上看河等待時間消逝。餐廳美食水平很高，精緻的越式法國菜，口味本地，出品形式西化。服務親切自然，保持着恰到好處的距離。很多活動可以參加，我們選擇了去cairang水上市場，感受了傳統的越南南部城市氛圍。一切都如此平靜、美好和真實、樸素而用心，Azerai刷新了我對度假酒店的感受，真正的可以在河中心小島上消磨時光的地方。"
