The ladies at the front desk was very rude and did not help at all. Luckily, the man there helped me a lot. The story was that I had arrived early in the morning but there was no room available. I could understand wait but that ladies had a very bad attitude and just denied to keep me any advice. However, that man gave me a key to the garage so that I could unload my luggage from my car and waited at the lobby. Then I didn’t need to look for a place to wait for the room.

I wasn't told that the pool was closed when I booked the hotel. I brought two 8 year old and a 1 year old that were all excited to go swimming as that's why I picked this hotel that had the pool. They would no reimburse us. I called trips.com and atleast got a 60$ refund which I believe wasn't enough due to the fact that I choose this particular hotel because it showed they had a pool and that's one of the main reasons we wanted to come. The kids were extremely upset because they didn't get to swim. Also the bathroom was covered with tiny black spiders. The kids were afraid so I had cleaned it up before telling the front desk. The workers were great but unhappy with the bathroom and the fact that there was no pool.

I checked in for a one night stay and found it satisfactory. The check in process was easy, but it took a while because I was behind a large group when I arrived and only one person was at the front desk. Once a second person showed up, I was helped, but then they offered me a bottle of water they did not have available. Instead of taking one from the convenience shop, it was just ”oh well.” I ended up getting one later when I stopped back at the desk, so it was not as huge deal. Room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice, well stocked, and had good water pressure. The only negative thing about the location is the weird traffic pattern at the hotel. In order to leave, you have to drive all the way around the buildings next door. Very odd.

Clean room. Confy beds. Location is ok for business and if you have a car to move around, otherwose it is a bit isolated in my view.

不推薦，原因如下 1-房間不是每天打掃，去前台預約還要查一下哪天住的，然後再決定給不給打掃 2-打掃完了浴巾不給換新，枕套不換新，抽紙不給提供 3-隔音較差，隔壁房間的電視能聽到，走廊的聲音更明顯 4-前台服務人員大多數板著臉 5-房間不提供瓶裝水（很多美國酒店大廳都會有水+咖啡+果汁），這裏沒有，前台賣的水不便宜（兩瓶$7多刀） 6-位置不好，沒有車基本出不去，有車也要繞行，據説停車還要收費 總之不推薦，不信者自己來體驗，不會再來住

Tenafly is a nice place & the Clinton Inn has very spacious rooms. If you want to escape the hustle & bustle of NY but not be too far from getting back in, this is a great hotel! It isn’t the most modern nor cutting edge but as a place to sleep with full AC & cable, I was very happy with my stay.

房間不錯，面積夠大，早餐算不錯了，該有的都會有，餐廳服務員很nice.離曼哈噸開車30分鐘，適合商務或者旅行入住。
