The resort location is just excllent. The whole resort occupied the best location of conjunction between beach and river. So fatastic to walk around the river month and beach. Beach water is clear, and even good sakat boat free for travel. The most special room type is canal view family, which can only be booked from officiial web. Garden view family room booked from Trip.com is also good, if you are lucky you may have have to river view. I hope next time I can get canal view room from trip.com. Food is execllent for asian. Free drInks and toast are nice. Overall very nice experience.

I had an amazing time during my stay at Tinkerbell. The atmosphere was so peaceful. If you’re looking for a place to relax and not crowded, Tinkerbell is definitely a choice. The food was great. Plus, there is a kayak free for in-house guests. The guard will take care of you if you want to go kayaking.

Easy to get to from the port. Upon arrival nice greeting and drink- the kids liked it. Room allocated quickly and the person who met us was great. Beach is excellent- sunset is beautiful. Pier great to jump from. Swimming pool warm with seats to relax in. Room was good, air conditioning worked. Ignoring broken toilet seat and broken soap dispenser- the room was fine and close to the beach, restaurant and shop. The room has WiFi and the tv has Netflix access if you have an account and YouTube. Motorbike hire is easy- check for bold tyres. We had a puncture almost immediately. My fault for not checking carefully enough . Service in the restaurant was disappointing- I had to ask each day for coffee. The staff pulled faces when asked as if it was too much trouble. It was awkward asking 2 days in a row. Both staff were equally difficult. I understand it is low season - not so many customers but they need to pay more attention to diners, play some music and have a simple welcoming look. Breakfast was not so good. If you want eggs or omelettes cooked- good luck! Everything seemed too much trouble. We had dinner there on the first night. The service was terrible but the food was nice and well presented. Booking trips or boats out was easy and well organised. It was strange that this was so good when the service in the restaurant in the same place was so poor. I personally would not stay here again, there are nicer hotels along the coast that have better service and facilities around the same price point, I didn’t take many photos here, it felt soulless. I was happy to leave. The island is excellent. I’m glad we explored it but I would never stay at Sea Far again.

Останавливались в этом отеле на 3 ночи. Мы выбрали данный отель, так как нам понравилось его местоположение - в непосредственной близости с пляжем Банг бао, но при этом по доступной цене. Для удобства передвижения по острову персоналом отеля нам был предложен хороший мотобайк без какого-либо залога. Владелец отеля Jay вообще очень внимательный и радушный хозяин, готовый помочь в решении любого вопроса. Он рассказал нам об интересных местах на острове, которые стоит посетить, где вкусно поесть и даже где лучшее место на острове для созерцания заката. По нашей просьбе Jay организовал нам обратный трансфер в Бангкок на скоростном катере и частном комфортном автомобиле. Номер в котором мы жили был большим очень светлым и стильно оформленным. Кровать большая, с удобным матрацом, большим количеством подушек и белоснежным постельным бельём кондиционер современный, не шумный, быстро охлаждал достаточно большое помещение. Из комнаты есть выход на небольшую террасу с чайным столиком и видом на сад, есть сушилка для белья. В номере установлен современный телевизор с функцией смарт тв и доступом в интернет. Ванная комната просторная, проточный водонагреватель работал хорошо, есть принадлежности для личной гигиены. Для отдыха на пляже гостям подготовлены пляжные полотенца и циновка. При заселении гостей ждёт комплимент от отеля. Мы отлично провели время в отеле, с удовольствием вернёмся ещё, Спасибо Jay 🙏

ห้องพักดีมากค่ะ เราชอบมาก สะอาด ไม่ดูเก่าเลยค่ะ พนักงานบริการดีมาก ช่วยแนะนำที่เที่ยว คุยกับแขกเป็นกันเองมาก คอยให้ความช่วยเหลือตลอด โดยรวมแล้วทุกอย่างดีมากค่ะ

剛一進門就被驚艷了 雖然離碼頭很遠 坐個好久的tutu 一下車就感覺很值得 前台小姐姐也很好 一直用翻譯軟件告訴我每天幾點吃飯怎麼出遊 我們租了一天酒店的摩託400泰銖大家可以對比一下 還有早飯很好吃可以點他們新鮮做的各種蛋類 咖啡也可以 服務人員很有服務意識 就是吃早餐稍微起早點 要不然容易沒位置 房間的話 我想説還不錯吧 因為蟲子着實有點多 泳池我就沒用過 房間桌子上螞蟻聚會 切記不能放吃的！ 晚上還會碰到寄居蟹大大的很有意思哦 還有一衹瘦瘦漂亮的小貓咪很親人 不常會看到它

Starting with the positives, Tolani resort has really friendly staff who bent over backwards to make your stay pleasant. It also has beautiful rooms our bungalow was clean and comfortable with good aircon and a very comfortable bed. It gave a feeling of luxury though the water pressure in the shower was really bad. It’s outside of the rooms that this resort falls flat. Tolani is positioning itself as a luxury resort and with a high price point to match but for the money it doesn’t deliver. The resort is supposedly on the beach but in reality the beach is not easily accessible from the resort. You can climb over rocks and swim over to the beach but it’s not easy. This means you will not have any sun loungers on the beach which can be an issue as the pool area is very small with only a handful of beds there. It’s also what you want from a beach front resort. The food at the resort including breakfast is very poor but very expensive. Thankfully there are great restaurants nearby but we didn’t have a single good meal here. Drinks and food are massively overpriced for the island too. We also had a poor experience at checkout. We had given our scooter back to the hire place but needed to head to the shops and so my wife asked if it was possible to get a taxi. A kind member of staff offered to run her up the road quickly in their car which we assumed was just a kind gesture. On checkout they charged us 15 euros for this trip. That’s an outrageous price for a 5 minute ride down the road but it also wasn’t communicated to us that we would be charged at the time as we wouldn’t have agreed. When we challenged this they told us we had to pay. It left a really bad taste in the mouth and it showcased this place is mainly looking to make money off its guests and not about creating a good experience. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here because there are better resorts for the price point and the food and facilities are both sorely lacking. The lovely staff are not enough to save the price gouging happening here.
