"It was my second time with this hotel and there was a bit changes for their bfast, which I find it one of the best bfast buffet I ever had but now the bfast taste salty, no many choices of food, the main bfast is ham and hotdog and a very salty dried fish. I even waited 15 mins for the refill of the garlic fried rice. The only pros in this hotel is their location. Beds are also good. Water dispenser is also a big help. Parking is also free."

"The hotel was recommended to us by my husband’s cousin. We live nearby and went there to celebrate our baby’s 3rd month and my husband’s birthday the next day. The receptionist was very nice, and the lobby was clean. When we arrived in our room, we checked the view first and were impressed by the city view. In three months, it was the first time our baby got such a long sleep, so I would really say the room was perfect. The food made me eat a lot too—super love! We will definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends. 💛"

"We chose to stay at Harolds during our first visit to Quezon City because of its positive reviews. Initially, we didn't expect much since we planned to spend most of our time out and about. However, we were impressed by the service of front office staff. They were friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing our request for a room change and providing plenty of toiletries and clean towels. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We recommend booking rooms without balconies that are closer to the lift, as that's where the water dispensers are located. The breakfast is satisfactory if you prefer not to venture outside for a quick meal. For a short stay, the location is convenient, offering easy access to transportation, restaurants, and attractions. Overall, it provided excellent value for the price.
Note: The room size should exclude the balcony, which is unusable and exposed to extreme weather."

"The room I initially chose was the superior room, seeing that the photos were quite pleasing so I went ahead and made a reservation. But the moment I got to the hotel, the room they gave me was very different from the photos I saw. There were no black out curtains, only blinds and it did not block out the light coming from outside. Also, this hotel is located along the main road and railway so it was quite noisy, hearing the cars passing and the train sounds I couldn’t sleep for the first two nights and I requested a room transfer. They gave me the said room transfer which was located at a higher floor. The noise was significantly reduced and I was able to sleep properly for the duration of my stay. I would give the hotel a 4/5 as it was not so bad. The staff were accomodating and the service was quite satisfactory. Only the location and the noise is the downfall of this establishment."

"We booked the Deluxe room for 2 nights in a hurry as our flight got cancelled. We got kids so we decided to stay somewhere where the amenities are something that we can enjoy, our kids loved the well-maintained pool, the mini playground and even though we're not able to try the sauna and gym due to time constraints, we are amazed by how clean the hotel is..the location is great especially and judging by our stay, the price and quality of the stay we had there was worth it! The receptionist, the pool staff ESPECIALLY the lobby and parking guard was so HELPFUL!! Our car battery got drained, they went extra mile helping me to jumpstart the car. He radioed for help and 6 men came down from their team and even took a service pick up van to help us out. I am sad because I was trying to give something back to them but they just took off and did not accept the cash. But I want to express my gratitude towards the great staff of this hotel. We will never forget the great experience and humanity you showed us today."

We truly loved our stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights of our experience was how accommodating and approachable the staff were throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome greeting prepared in our room, complete with roses and a handwritten birthday note. This small but meaningful gesture really made our stay extra special and showed how much the staff values their guests, which we genuinely appreciated.
Since we were traveling as a family, it was also wonderful that the hotel was able to arrange the first two rooms as connecting rooms for us. This made our stay much more convenient and comfortable, especially when traveling with family members. The rooms themselves were very clean, well maintained, and relaxing, which made it easy to feel at home during our stay.
The hotel also has a swimming pool that guests can enjoy, which is a great added amenity. While we understand there is a reminder that there is no lifeguard on duty, we do hope that in the future they might consider having one available for added security, or at least someone who regularly checks on guests using the pool, just to ensure everyone’s safety. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here. The combination of excellent service, clean rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere made our experience truly memorable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel, as both the staff and the place itself are simply amazing.

Life Behind the Viewfinder
The service was amazing! The staff and managers were very kind and helpful. However, the hotel was fully booked and the breakfast buffet was packed. The pool was also full of guests. It was a bit overwhelming to see too many people. While the place was a bit crowded during the holiday season, I’ll give them a 10/10 for the service and food. I would like to come back during the off peak season. Thank you for doing a great job, Seda North!:)

My new favorite hotel! I’m glad I chanced upon this hotel on Trip.com. It’s a great choice for families. Beds are big, and the amenities are really good. They have a game room, a gym, and a pool at the rooftop. I especially loved their pool (heated) since it was warm, which made swimming very enjoyable.
We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and the staff were very accommodating, they packed food for our companions who couldn’t come down to eat. Service overall was excellent. This hotel is perfect for a staycation, and we definitely plan to come back.
The only downside was the extra bed. It felt really hard, almost like plywood without a mattress. My nephew didn’t mention or complain about it, so I only discovered it shortly before we were about to check out. Had I known earlier, I would have asked the staff to replace it.

During my recent stay at Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA for a concert at the SkyDome, I also booked an additional room for my sister and a friend, who stayed for one night for the same purpose. The hotel’s location was ideal for all of us, especially since we were attending the same event.
Their check-in experience was smooth and efficient, with friendly and professional front desk staff who handled the process well despite the weekend crowd.
The room they stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Amenities such as toiletries, coffee and tea, a hair dryer, and reliable air-conditioning were all provided and met expectations. The water dispensers located near the lifts on every floor were also appreciated for their convenience.
Breakfast the next morning was decent, with a selection that leaned toward Filipino dishes, which they enjoyed. It was a satisfying start to the day before checking out.
Overall, their one-night stay was pleasant and comfortable, and it complemented my own experience at the hotel very well. Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA is a solid choice for guests attending concerts or events in the area.

Aircon in the room was excessively cold. Thermostat doesn’t work. Had to turn off the aircon a few times through the night as it got stuffy and had to turn on again. Ended up catching the chills and fell sick through my meeting day. Sound proofing was very bad, the traffic noise and constant hooks made the room noisy. Won’t be staying here again

It was better this time than last. The food, admittedly overpriced, was better. This time, we only ate the breakfast that came with the room. The meal last time was bad, so we weren't about to subject ourselves to such torture again.
The bangus we had for breakfast was twice as big as the one we were served last time and was properly cooked. The previous time, the fish was fried to the point of disintegratration and should have been thrown back in the first place.
We stayed here because it was convenient to where we needed to go. The previous time, they overcharged us by 200 pesos (double the cost) for a room refrigerator. My wife caught this, and they applied the overcharge to this time, which h was fine.
Nothing great or terrible about this place. But it's inexpensive and fine if your primary need is a place to sleep

Tracing the Traceys
The room was spacious and the beds were very clean and comfortable. The location is away from most of the busy area so we really rested well after a long trip with typhoon tailing us…there’s a 7-11 nearby and other restaurants about 20 minutes away. Quite far really. Their breakfast is plated with very limited options . For the price you pay here, you’re already getting buffet in other hotels. Not complaining, just stating facts from experience.
As the pictures show, they have hotel slippers that were way too small for my husband 😅. The lobby area is quite spacious while waiting for us to get checked in. They were so considerate and allowed us to check in early.
