I booked a 2-night stay with my Mrs in one of the villas connected to the shared pool, and our experience started off on a great note. We were picked up from the airport in a very comfortable Toyota Alphard arranged by the resort. Our driver and resort staff, Khai, was incredibly friendly—he patiently answered all my questions and gave us fantastic food recommendations since it was my first time in LGK. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Daniel at the lobby. He served us beautifully presented lemon peach teas as a welcome drink and brought us through the entire check-in process. While waiting for our villa to be ready, we had lunch at the resort’s only restaurant. Unfortunately, this was the only part of the stay that fell short—the pizza crust was undercooked, a bit greasy, and tasted store-bought, which was quite disappointing. Thankfully, things picked up again after that. Khai later escorted us to our villa, and we were relieved that our balcony didn’t directly face the restaurant. However, I do feel the pool and villa balconies could be designed to offer more privacy so diners aren’t looking out over the area. Overall, the stay was truly pleasant. I loved that the resort is away from the busy beach, giving us a peaceful and quiet environment. All the staff were warm and friendly. A few standout perks include: 1. Complimentary rides to and from the property (subject to booking and availability) 2. Free minibar, replenished daily—including coffee capsules 3. Complimentary Netflix and YouTube accounts on the TV (which both my wife and I really love) 4. A pretty decent in-room breakfast experience. (they definitely do breakfast better than lunch, in my opinion) I also indulged in a 90-minute massage, which started with herbal tea, grapes, and a carrot stick during a herbal foot bath, followed by a foot massage and a one-hour full-body aromatherapy massage. My masseuse, Yaya, was incredibly patient and attentive, constantly checking on the pressure and even gifting me a small goodie bag at the end. All in all, I wouldn’t mind returning—and I’m even considering trying one of their larger 3-room villas next time. I highly recommend this resort for big families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Stayed as a family of 4. Totally enjoyed the stay. The villa is very clean and the owner is very responsive. Also very happy with free access to the facilities of the hotel within the same compound.

The location and service by the staff is excellent.  Breakfast spread was reasonably good.  However on my first day, the bedsheet was stained and had the service staff change everything in the room.  Shower area floor was slimy. Very likely due to the super slow drainage when showering this water ponds before draining. For first day check there shouldn’t be such an issue if room service did clean it and scrub the floor. I had to buy slippers for use in the shower area. That’s how disgusting it was.  For the price, I expected better cleanliness and maintenance in the room.

I perceive the key of this hotel’s services from the front desk to bellhop, housekeeping and security staff is sincerity. Our eye contact and a smile with the hotel staff goes a very long way each time when strolling through the lobby, rooftop lounges and leisure amenities of The RIYAZ Lavanya Langkawi. Thank you so much to their housekeeping staff, Mr. Ali’s hard work for taking such good care of my room, our room looks wonderful every day during our 5D4N (1-5 Feb) stays, is perfect. A nod and a ”Good day, thank you” as we pass by the Gurkhas Security officers who are renowned for their incredible toughness, and acknowledges their presence and roles each time when we stepped out of the lobby and the main entrance. It is often seen as a premium, elite security measure, offering peace of mind to us, an elderly couple. We were so impressed with the service and cleanliness that we will absolutely be returning customers.

Short ISLAND break frm the CHAOTIC city life ! Impromptu trip, booked my ✈️ a day before departure. 4D3N just because i just want to laze around & spoil myself before 2026 bid gdbye. Found Croske Resort as a gem since this hotel is just next to airport AND free shuttle service for airport pickup/drop off is a BONUS ! Hotel provides shuttle to Cenang beach (to/fro) BUT need reservation in advance and the shuttle runs 4 times in a day. Good to catch sunset by the beach and purchase chocolate souvenirs at nearby Cenang Mall ! Grab is also cheap to move around at reasonable price. Tried room service as i was tired on my 1st day, ordered seafd tomyum (too salty, didn't like the cooking) TV has a faulty, what makes it frustrating/ challenging is that all rooms doesn't have a telephone so basically guests communicate with reception desk and all other service via WhatsApp thru the QR code provided in room. (The digital era living we're all in now, lost the human touch & more honest/warm hospitality & customer care) I want to thank the hotel manger for the service recovery. Complimentary cut fruits was served into my room for the delay of technical support due to TV faulty, I was delighted to see the fruit plate when i got back from the beach at night. If you need an accommodation near the airport, book with them for their convenience of airport shuttle, if you prefer to be near attraction sites/beach, book at any hotel near Cenang Mall. Housekeeping did a tremendously great job, room and hotel lobby are spotlessly CLEAN.

Really nice place: good facilities including 2 pools, a bar, direct beach access, amazing staff, and a restaurant serving a decent buffet breakfast. But slightly let down by poor WiFi connection in our room, a broken safe that wasn’t replaced during our stay, and be aware that even though they mention local and satellite television services in their facilities on their listing & website, these aren’t supplied (there is however a TV you can access your own streaming services via). But overall we enjoyed this place.

I stayed at this hotel in Langkawi during my trip with my husband, and the place was truly stunning. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so peaceful and beautiful. I stayed there only for a night including with breakfast. The room was very nice, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I honestly regretted that we only stayed for one night. Waking up to such a breathtaking view was an experience on its own—the scenery around the hotel was absolutely amazing. One of my favourite parts of the resort was the beautiful swimming pool located right in the middle. It added so much charm to the place and made the whole environment feel even more relaxing and luxurious. Sitting by the pool and taking in the surroundings felt like a dream. I would say this was my favourite stay on my whole vacation there. That said, the journey to the resort was a bit challenging. The road leading up was quite confusing and honestly a little scary, as the resort is located at the top of a hill. Driving up from the bottom felt intense, and the pathway could definitely be improved. But once we reached the resort and stepped inside, it felt like entering heaven. The atmosphere, the view, and the comfort completely made up for the drive. Despite the challenging road, the experience was totally worth it. I truly fell in love with the place, and next time I visit Langkawi, I’ll definitely make sure to stay there longer.

We take room number 612. Their plug not working at 2 points. 1 is near dressing table and another 1 is real room phone table. Their washing face side light not working. Their toilet water wash hose leaking. Firstly we notice didn't provide toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste. After we call up to reception then provided. For room issue we reported ask them to settle by giving when we go out. But didn't settle. Saying maintenance team were checked. But didn't do anything. After we report 2nd time saying want to check in midnight 12.35am. That's was our rest and sleeping time. Next day we waited to repair but no changes. They provide another room to change at 2nd day around 10.50am. But we have settle our stuff all at that room. We decide just leave it another 1 day to stay. So we don't want to change the room.
