Gorgeous boutique hotel with staff that goes above and beyond. The heir of the estate actually greets guests and ensures they have a pleasant stay. We only got to stay for one night, but they upgraded our room and allowed us to enjoy the pool as we arrived early and they needed time to get the room ready. It is worth the price.

It was the best hotel we stayed in this Mexico trip. Hotel room was clean with good air conditioning. Shower was great too. Breakfast buffet offered many choices of Mexican food and drinks.

Great hotel with wonderful breakfasts and popsicles. Bit of an odd location, neither central nor near the Paseo de Montejo

The hotel was well-located and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, the shower drain was not properly installed and sewage gases would fill the whole hotel room. The hotel cleaners tried to mask the odour by liberally spraying a room deodorizer. The pool, although shallow, was perfect for cooling off.

Not a good location but it's okay for a short stay. It's 3 blocks from paseo and way further to the central square

Hotellilaitteet ja palvelut ovat kunnossa, koska etäisyys keskusalueelta sopii auton ajamiseen, mutta en suosittele, että asun Meksikossa muutamia hotelleja. En ole nähnyt kokonaan huoneen avaamista, se on puhdas! Jopa muutaman päivän ajan hotelli ei näytä toimivan. Arvioitua, että se on imeytynyt. Joten matka on turistihotelli, vähemmän paikallisia liikehotelleja, tässä maassa on liikaa potilaita.

Very nice hotel at the city center of Merida! We had a short stay, but we liked very much the location and the hospitality of the staff. They helped us with all our questions and gave us a very pleasant experience!

The pool is nice and the hotel is located a few blocks away from the main attractions in downtown. The best part of this experience was the hotel staff. They were extra helpful and kind. Always ready to help in whatever you need. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness in the room. There was dust in some parts of the room and the sheets weren't very clean. They didn't change them. Also, the pillows aren't comfortable. But the rest of the hotel is not bad at all for the price. I slept well, the ac works well. I would stay there again.

У отеля отличное расположение в шаговой доступности от автобусной терминала ADO, а также все досторичечкие достопримечательности центра города. Номер отеля у меня оставил двоякое впечатление: с одной стороны хорошая кровать, но сдругой стороны состояние всего остального очень старое, в номере нет холодильника, сейфа и столовых принадлежностей.
