overall experience was nice but the room ( kabila hut) that we stayed was quite small and even lacked basic amenities which a good resort of their standard should provide ie kettle, glasses and closet to keep things....it seemed over priced for the cost they charge...only their bhunga and bamboo huts are spacious and have all amenities... the property needs to look into it... The food was decent ... pure veg ...

Spent a night at Oleander Farms, Karjat. Coming from a concrete polluted jungle, this place was heaven. Trees, trees…n more trees…. some cultivated, mostly wild. Recd a high quota of pure oxygen. The property spreads over acres n has spacious rooms with-thought-of amenities in each room. Loved the layout of the rooms. They were well spread out and no one room overlooked another. They had rooms overlooking a garden, a swimming pool and a lake. We loved the one we had overlooking the pool. The pool was huge n really nice. The amenities on the property are like fab. A play area with trampoline, swings n slides for kids, a bowling alley n a area for games, a tea tasting room, a shop selling organic foods n other utilities, a plant nursery where u can pot your own plants, an artisan shop with lovely clothes (i shopped😂) a small room with vintage cars, a yoga room, an area for animals n birds and even a butta (corn) fellow with the most outstanding sweet tender corn roasted n dressed with lovely masalas. And Umpteen banquet rooms in different areas of the property for business n marriage functions. It’s a complete break from the city, place to be. Things that stood out… their restaurants Saltt and Common Place- ambience 5*, food 5*, staff 5*. We were told some people drive here just for the food. I would too. Our helper waiter Arjun was hell bent on feeding us the entire menu for breakfast. At breakfast, the South Indian food was absolutely outstanding. They had small cars at any given time to take u in and around the property with congenial drivers. Think of an activity and Oleander Farms will cater to it… I gave an overall rating of a 4.5 because I think they can work a bit more on the cleanliness factor n the little miscellaneous things. But this is one place I highly recommend as a city getaway.

I had booked the room for my husband's birthday and it was the best decision. The room was immaculate and beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room. The highlights was the impeccable service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.Food options are limited but taste is awesome and staff suggest you with good recommendation. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway with topmost hygiene standards. The owner is really humble and personally take care of all the needs and see that everything is maintained.It exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to return.

Reaching zostel kolad is fairly easy its a 3 hour journey from either mumbai or pune (drive from pune is really scenic. Zostel is located on the banks of kundalika river. We need to cross the river to reach zostel and zostel provides a ferry service for this, which also a unique experience. It is a beautiful property with clean rooms, outdoor sports (badminton, volleyball & cricket, indoor activities (table tennis, carrom and etc) and amazing restaurant. Zostel kolad particularly lights up after 7pm. There are multiple activities organized by zostel every night involving dance, music, drinks and lot of food. Truly, it was an amazing experience making me want to extend my stay (unfortunately they were fully booked. Ps: book your stay a month early. They sell out very quickly particularly on weekends.

The best part of the resort is the executive room was quite big and it was near to Nagaon beach. The supportive staffs were good and polite. As such there is no regular restaurant but you get the food and for that you have to order in advance and they cook the food accordingly and call you to come in dine-in area 5 mins before the food is ready. I had ordered the lunch and it was simple and good. The cons were that you won’t get feel of resort here. Open area is not there.

Very comfortable room, in a quiet and relaxing spot of Matheran. Delicious food and above all very friendly and serviceable staff! Our stay was lovely, we even extended it for two more nights without any issue. The hotel staff was always ready to help us with any inquiry. The room was large and with all necessary things.
