"I stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience. One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!"

"This hotel is attached to a mall making it convenient to eat and do some shopping. It’s also close to the airport. They helped us arrange a shuttle and were very accommodating even packing us breakfast to go. The room has a very cool design worth checking out. The AC feels more like a swamp cooler however and never really felt 100%comfortable in the room for sleeping."

"Absolutely recommendable place. Perfect location, and very friendly people behind the reception. Rooms are very clean, and the highlight is the roof top terras. also the breakfast is very good with a wide variety of choices. Also an excellent shuttle service from the airport."

"Very spacious room. However, room was along to main road and rather noisy at night for a light sleeper. Dinner option at restaurant does not meet expectation Was told that there is no ayam and bebuk.. This morning at 5.30am, when i wanted to return room key, staff was not enthusiastic in assisting me. He was busy meddling with incoming flowers."

"The staff were all friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Although the room was not very spacious, it was still convenient and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Cons: There was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. Room service could be improved — on the first day, I waited a little over an hour for my order, and on the following day, I waited for two hours but never received any. It seems my order may have been overlooked, so I ended up canceling it and ordering via Grab instead. However, it is a good stay and good value for money in overall."

"We were pleasantly surprised again and again with them. First the airport pickup, Mr Rahman Hakim was very helpful with our luggages and communicated with us about where to meet up. The check in process was smooth with friendly front desk staff. We loved the simple yet very functional luggage storage, clean rooms, and comfy beds. Hot shower with good water pressure and quality toiletries are provided. They also have a small but well equipped gym and swimming pool (which we didn’t have time to use). The buffet breakfast was quite a spread, consisting of fruits, breads, rice, noodles, cereals, etc. They also have a coffee machine for americano and espresso, and some local tea and “jamu” drinks. We must mention that the staff there were very helpful despite most of them not being able to converse in English. My wife saw the noodle soup counter being set up and asked how can we assemble our own bakso. The staff there couldn’t understand but smiled, and few minutes later served us a hot bowl of bakso, which looked and tasted better than if we assembled it ourselves! What this hotel provided has exceeded our expectations! Would definitely stay there again. Having said all that, there are some minor things which we think can be improved: 1. The spa. We enjoyed the massage very much, but we felt some information can be revised to avoid misunderstanding: There is a Body Scrub Massage package for 200,000, but after asking the staff they said it’s just scrub with some stretching, no massage included. 2. Cafeteria. The rice porridge and soup were cold. Probably the soup warmer wasn’t working or was not turned on"
