Baarilliset hotellit kohteessa Semarang

"We stayed during Ied Mubarak holiday for 4 days/3 nights in April 2025. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family (4 persons). I chose this hotel because it has swimming pool and gym, we used to exercise daily. In fact, the gym was closed for long term maintenance. It should be declared and crossed out from the hotel facility so we noticed from beginning, not surprised on site. The rooms at a glance were ok but when we looked to the interior were lousy. The curtain, gordyn, and bed lamps, dirty and stained. My children room has no curtain, so direct sunshine and very hot during the day. The towel seemed already used for years. not soft, looks lousy and the color not pure white as normally hotel towel. Each room provided safety box but no function at all. if you see the direction on the safety box (see the photo), it supposed has red button inside the box but no button at all. The safety box used 4 battery. In my room has only 2 batteries out of 4 and already expired since March 2018. My children' room has 4 battery but also not functioned. the button numbers and keys cant be pressed so we cant keep important and valuable items inside it. The swimming pool were crowded and the water was dirty. the hotel supposed to overall cleaning to the pool due to holiday seasons but the water obviously dirty. The parking lot is low maintenance, dirty, and rubbish everwhere. the Horison Ultima was only 3 years old last December 2024 as I saw from the stickwerck at lobby. The hotel was Star Hotel and changed to Horison Ultima. The parking lot was narrow and limited. For location is ok, near Java Mall. good for morning walk. the hotel staffs were polite and fast response. the amenities for 4* hotel is good enough. the mini fridge in the room is ok as well as the Aircon. If I may advise the management, please take serious attention to the cleanliness and maintenance also room refurbishment to the lousy interior inside as top priority."

"Extend my stay at this hotel. Hotel location is very strategic, near simpang lima. Old hotel but clean and comfortable."

"The hotel was comfortable, the rooms were clean, the service was great and friendly, and I especially got a room with a city view. The super-fast Wi-Fi was a huge help when I was working on a deadline. There are plenty of food stalls and restaurants around the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Semarang."

"My fav hotel for staycation in Semarang but this time it’s not my lovely experience. First room I got has leaked aircon, it dripped every second so they offered a new room. In new room, the aircon didn’t work properly but I didn’t want to complain anymore as I didn’t want to change room again and again. Booked with breakfast but they said it’s too few guests on that day so they will just let me choose my breakfast from the menu. Only one menu for each guest. I didn’t like this because the room has no proper table to eat. Even there’s only one chair. So yeah, not my best experience. But maybe I’ll give it another try. This hotel usually offered good service. Maybe just wrong timing and situation for me."

"Room is clean and well maintained. Bathroom is clean and no mould. Room is cleaned daily. TV shows 3 movie channels plus other local and international channels. AC can be controlled via thermostat and cold. Lighting has some switches to control the mood. Buffet breakfast has western, Chinese, Japanese and local Semarang culinary. Overall we are happy with the accommodation and would come back next time."

"We all know that the staff are the first thing that gives us our first impression of a hotel. For me, the staff at Noormans Hotel were friendly and helpful. On the first night, I complained about the AC and asked the receptionist to change my room. I waited only a few seconds, and the staff were ready with the key and a cart to help me move my things. The food was also good; your tummy will be happy. I loved how clean the room was and that the amenities were complete. All in all, I loved my stay at Noormans Hotel."

"Menginap disini krn ada kegiatan dekat kiyana htl. Tapi.. hotel joss kebersihan & material hotel kualitas bagus. Sayang handuk2 udah kumal perlu di upgrade. Makanan 3hr itu2 aja telor 1/2 matang bagus sempurna. Staff helpful baik2 semua..Lokasi...jauh kemana2.. cari makan susah..."
