I recently had a delightful stay at Hotel Tentrem in Semarang, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and their attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms was impressive, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The hotel amenities, including the gym, were excellent and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast spread. The variety was fantastic, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ibuk Elfi for her warm hospitality during breakfast. Her cheerful demeanor made our mornings even more enjoyable. As a coffee lover, I was particularly impressed by the skills of Mas Arafi, the barista. I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino, mocaccino, and café latte he prepared; each cup was a treat. His knowledge of coffee truly shines through in every sip. Room is clean and well maintained. Bathroom is clean and no mould. Room is cleaned daily. TV shows 3 movie channels plus other local and international channels. AC can be controlled via thermostat and cold. Lighting has some switches to control the mood. Buffet breakfast has western, Chinese, Japanese and local Semarang culinary. Overall we are happy with the accommodation and would come back next time.

Booked here last minute and they delivered all of my request. Room is clean, bed sheet is fresh (that is very important), and the bed is hard and pleasant to sleep on. Had very good rest after long day meeting. However they could have got 5 stars if only they check their water flow of the shower. The water was very little and slow that was the only thing that i couldn’t enjoy.

My fav hotel for staycation in Semarang but this time it’s not my lovely experience. First room I got has leaked aircon, it dripped every second so they offered a new room. In new room, the aircon didn’t work properly but I didn’t want to complain anymore as I didn’t want to change room again and again. Booked with breakfast but they said it’s too few guests on that day so they will just let me choose my breakfast from the menu. Only one menu for each guest. I didn’t like this because the room has no proper table to eat. Even there’s only one chair. So yeah, not my best experience. But maybe I’ll give it another try. This hotel usually offered good service. Maybe just wrong timing and situation for me.

Good location, hotel a little old but clean. Complimentary mineral water is restricted to 2 bottles only with only basic in the bathroom (shpoo n shower gel plus tooth brush n tooth paste). Requested for ironing board and iron that took around 45 min n 1 reminder

Second time staying in this hotel. The location behind dp mall is a plus point. The room is not that big, but it's clean with reasonable layout. The bed is comfortable enough and they give enough pillows. The water pressure and the hot water is good. When we asked for extra mineral water, they gave it without extra charges. Overall, a very good hotel for business travellers or families with children.

Nice hotel, even the location is in a busy city. The room is quite big for 2 people. And the meals are very good and have more choices there. I recommend this hotel for semarang stay up. It's very worth your vacation.

We all know that the staff are the first thing that gives us our first impression of a hotel. For me, the staff at Noormans Hotel were friendly and helpful. On the first night, I complained about the AC and asked the receptionist to change my room. I waited only a few seconds, and the staff were ready with the key and a cart to help me move my things. The food was also good; your tummy will be happy. I loved how clean the room was and that the amenities were complete. All in all, I loved my stay at Noormans Hotel.

Here are the things considered extra servies which the guests have to pay to use: pool, cutleries to use in room when you don't order food from room service and hair dryer. That's just the things I thought to ask for, maybe tons of other things are also not free. Hospitality is awful, female crews were absolutely rude. Don't bother staying here if you're trying to have a half-decent vacation. Also, the bathroom stinks, the double bed is a fake (only 2 singles pushed together which created a hole im the middle), there are rats running around the pool area, the TV is not a Smart TV yet (old style cable only), in-house spa and massage prices were over the top.

We requested for high floor and good view and we’re obliged. We were told it is the new wing, however it is still somewhat oldish looking, especially the toilet is rather simply furnished. Breakfast spread is alright and has a lot of guest every morning
