"WE HAD A FRIDGE The toilet sit had some soap smudge on it and initially thought is something else but if foamed when tried to clean it (I always have sanitizer with me as is only human to miss a spot and do a mistake. Didn't kill me cleaning that myself. Housekeeping job ain't easy. Bless you all. Just keep a better eye to avoid Karen type❤️) The receptionists were all friendly and happy to assist me with both check in and check out. We absolutely loved our room and the view was magnificent. The dawn was heavenly seen from our window❤️ What I loved the most was the fact that in the room we had a FRIDGE. Many hotels don't have that anymore and imagine having a room without a fridge with this heatwave going on 🥵 I will attach a photo with our beautiful view🤩 This hotel will be my top choice whenever I'll need a room around the area. Clean room, clean hallway, clean reception area. Please keep an eye for the accessible rooms. Read all description and detail before booking as they have special rooms for people with a health condition and the room will have some things at a low level to the ground. Will be your fault for not choosing the right room not the hotel's as you need to read description always. Don't take it out to the staff for your own mistake😊 Seen a lot complaining about that, as I've seen also about the rooms accessible and didn't understand the term initially, until I went through the details. After reading the details I knew exactly what room I need to book and what would not be convenient for me🙌 Bless you all and hope this review will be of help to some of you at least 😊"

"Upon arrival I got a very warm welcome from staff and they upgraded the room that was nice it's very clean and looks modern the beds comfy TV works great and WiFi is good very warm room and slept well had the breakfast continental was a good selection staff was very polite then had the full English didn't have the works but was full would definitely stay here again it's in the middle of town and 5 mins walk away from train station so u have everything you need close by"

"The hotel is part of a pub chain but is located in separate building so there in no noice. Rooms are located over 2 floors but there is no lift so ask or ground floor room if stairs are a problem. Rooms are reasonable size with either double, two single beds or a double and sofa bed. The last one is best as it gives you a sofa to sit on. Rooms are basic, no fridge but does provide small kettle on a tray and hairdryer. Iron available. Large parking space and about 5 min from Thorne North station. There is also a South station but this is about 40 min walk."

"Overall nice hotel, good sized room, nice and modern. Big comfortable bed. Only faults was there was a load of ladybirds in the bathroom, looks like there was some form of infestation. Only noticed this in the morning and reported it to the front desk when checked out. The bathroom door is also frosted with the window leaking through so was quite bright in the morning, think this might have just been my room though with it being on the end. It was great location for a wedding I attended at Hooton Pagnall Hall - only 10 mins away so great location for what I needed. Staff were friendly. Would recommend"

"My room was spotless and had the usual kettle, tea and coffee and big fluffy bath sheets overall a comfortable stay"

"Hotel was busy with a very loud wedding. My room was starting to look and feel dated. Was outstanding 8 years ago. now less than average. I feel a modernisation plan would help. biggest gripe was breakfast stopped at 10am on a Sunday. we went down at 09.30 and they where starting to clear away. I personally think 10.30 or 11am would be more customer focused on a weekend. However check out time is 11am. again too early. Just my thoughts."

"Briljanttinen hotelli puhdistaa kaiken tarvitset henkilöstöä täysin hämmästyttävä defo pysähtyä uudelleen"

"Friendly and polite staff. Room was excellent 👍 very clean. A bottle of prosecco on the house for 1 of the guests birthday 🎉 Breakfast was delicious 😋"

"My room iwas a diuble bed room with a sofa. It was clean clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. Reasonable price. The staff was frendly and helpful. I had an urgent meeting and requested the staff to extend the check out time. The staff extended the change our check out time for free. It was a 6 mins driving distance to the town centre and railway station. It is good for those who drive. Free parking. But if you don't drive, the hotel may not be the perfect choice."

"最權威的評價： 沒有礦泉水提供，沒有一次性牙刷，拖鞋，牙膏，房間很冷沒有暖氣！住在二樓沒有樓梯！因為東西比較多，搬的時候挺累的，然後就是廁紙非常少，基本沒有換新！"
