"My recent stay at the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the impeccable facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"This is a great hotel, centrally located in Kunshan and right opposite a magnificent, huge wet market. There are also plenty of eating options nearby and a park behind the hotel which make the setting ideal. The room is fine without being luxurious and the breakfast is also perfectly adequate, Chinese style. There is a beautiful outdoor area adjacent to the breakfast lounge, perfect for children to play while parents relax in the sun. Service is friendly and I would heartily recommend this hotel."

"The hotel has everything to have a great journey. It's clean, the room are spacious and beautiful. I had always get a warm welcome from the employees at the entrance. I stayed 2 weeks there. The breakfast is great with many choices. The gym has everything you need but some equipments are a bit old or in bad condition. It can be busy the evening. Also there is a mall next, with many restaurants inside. And a massage center in front by crossing the street (foot massage must be tried during your stay) Laundry service is really expensive (I paid around 80 USD for a small size machine)"

"I really like this hotel, it is already the third time I come here and for good reasons. It has a little something special then the regular tipical hotels offer. Like the nespresso coffee, or the soft comfy pillows for example. Positively to mention is the staff. Speak good English and very friendly, like Jessie or David Wei for example. David not only speaks very good English, but threw in a free upgrade for me which made me feel special. The suite of the hotel is very spacious and offer plenties. Highlight of this hotel, what I don't find anywhere else for this budget is the wellness area. Big pool, outstanding gym with TRX and body workout equipment. Best, however is the sauna with a cold plunge. A cold water plunge is almost impossible to find in other hotels, unless you are waaaaay in higher budget. So for those out there practicing sauna + cold plunge, this is with no doubt your choice."

"Amazing stay with an incredible lake view. Waking up to that view alone already puts you in a good mood. The owner was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Super friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. He personally helped us move our luggage from the entrance, showed us around the place, and shared stories and tips along the way. It felt less like a formal check in and more like a friend welcoming you into his home. When it was time to leave for the airport, he even helped us compare transport options. He checked our DiDi quotes against a 7 seater driver he recommended, and his referral turned out to be about $200 cheaper, plus the car was really new and comfortable. That alone saved us a lot of hassle and money. We felt taken care of from start to end, like VIPs without the awkward luxury hotel attitude. Just sincere hospitality done right. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation."

"房間面積比較小，有大的落地窗，窗户不能打開。但湖景超美，可以拍到落日，樓下飛舞的白鴿，一定要親眼看到，照片拍不出他們的美。過年年初三帶了煙花去放，初四開始封路，晚上有免費煙花秀。可惜錯過了。前台熱情有求必應，服務響應也很快。娃可以去隔壁喜來登游泳，提前預約下就行，可惜我們沒帶泳衣。附近叫外賣不方便，酒店周圍有農家菜最好提前訂"

"I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang."
