Amazing stay with an incredible lake view. Waking up to that view alone already puts you in a good mood. The owner was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Super friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. He personally helped us move our luggage from the entrance, showed us around the place, and shared stories and tips along the way. It felt less like a formal check in and more like a friend welcoming you into his home. When it was time to leave for the airport, he even helped us compare transport options. He checked our DiDi quotes against a 7 seater driver he recommended, and his referral turned out to be about $200 cheaper, plus the car was really new and comfortable. That alone saved us a lot of hassle and money. We felt taken care of from start to end, like VIPs without the awkward luxury hotel attitude. Just sincere hospitality done right. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

This hotel is amazing and great! The service is 100% the rooms are super clean and beautiful! I'm definitely going back everytime I visit Kunshan!

總體而言還是很滿意的。性價比頗高，適合遛娃一族朋友聚會 在崑山老街附近的有熊酒店界面一般 開了半天以為開錯路到了農家樂 酒店設施設計感還是很強的，夏天來應該會好看。現在有點枯木凋零的感覺，晚上可以在池塘邊放煙花。景觀位很絕了 服務: 整體都是很在線的有服務意識 管家有求必應 儘量滿足和協調 響應速度也很棒 設施：三卧別墅每個房間都很大 帶獨立衞浴 好評 戴森吹風機和寶格麗洗護用品很加分 衞生：細節還很到位。送了很多水和毛巾還有拖鞋。 性價比很高的酒店 過年又定了和親戚再來

Good breakfast. Good location with easy access to the ancient town. Enjoyed spending the day in the old town.

房間面積比較小，有大的落地窗，窗户不能打開。但湖景超美，可以拍到落日，樓下飛舞的白鴿，一定要親眼看到，照片拍不出他們的美。過年年初三帶了煙花去放，初四開始封路，晚上有免費煙花秀。可惜錯過了。前台熱情有求必應，服務響應也很快。娃可以去隔壁喜來登游泳，提前預約下就行，可惜我們沒帶泳衣。附近叫外賣不方便，酒店周圍有農家菜最好提前訂

一定要給老闆點個贊，這次從蘇州過來不小心在誠品摔了一跤，傷到左邊坐骨神經，然後走路全靠一步一步移動，因為帶了兩個狗狗，小狗用的車車、被子、尿墊還有一次性桌布那些行李加起來很多，老闆一直反覆到停車場幫我們取送，而且接我回房間也是陪着我一步一步挪回去的，晚上我的車哨兵模式響了，很冷的情況下老闆還幫我去停車場看情況，服務真的到位😄並且民宿在周莊中心位置，我前面對比了幾家，璞月的位置真的是最好的，樓下就是遊船碼頭，左邊是哈根達斯、右邊是牛茶周莊店。白露房間有四個窗户，受傷不出門一樣可以看到最好的風景，隔壁小橋旁就是福滿樓和福興記，離沈廳雙橋很近，可惜腿傷了，下次又來！還有，這次來對周莊印象更好了，看衹此周莊因為腿傷，民宿老闆送我過去，和警察叔叔説明瞭情況，警察叔叔直接讓老闆把我送到了演出檢票入口，演出方的工作人員也是全程協助我一步一步挪動，也沒覺得麻煩！想吃福興記的青團，給老闆娘打電話説明情況，還幫我送到了房間，體會到了滿滿人情味👍下次再來！

A very comfortable hotel to stay, big room with nice view, quite enough to have a good sleep.

Very nice house, the compound feels very like a vacation village, perfect to escape Shanghai for couple of days. We didn't get much occasion to visit around because of the Typhoon but we really liked our time in the house and there is small supermarket 10 minutes walk. Kitchen tools (pots, knifes..) could be refreshed. Service is overall very good.
