做服務，做酒店，這幾年酒店行業這麼的卷，在今天這個時間還有一家能把服務做那麼好那麼捨得在客人身上投入資金的民宿已經很少見了，我去過21個國家住過上百個民宿，在日本服務業那麼卷的地方工作學習過，體驗過在全世界被服務行業最頂級的國家的服務這家民宿的體驗感仍然讓我不得不主動去寫好評.如果有人來安吉，或者來安吉度假這家，這家店的體驗感一定是超前的，你能真正看到一個團結的團隊和真心把你當家人的一羣可愛的人，做服務行業，我一直覺得假客氣或者説順着你話是已經是能夠讓客人感到很舒服的體驗了，但這家店真正做到了什麼叫把你當作自家人.他們做到了一個服務業的最高境界.同時因為老闆非常重視產品品質的原因店裡的各個細節把控也做的很好，甚至到達了你使用的浴巾和牙刷.阿姨們會親切的問你餓了麼會給你煮餃子吃，管家小哥會給你提行李，泡温泉的一趟趟帶你上山下山，甚至老闆面對小朋友想要打遊戲他也會主動過去陪着小朋友打遊戲.一個好的服務業企業他需要好的好的產品，但人的善良或者説人對人本身的交流才是詮釋了這家民宿做到的最高境界吧.如果你想過來度假可以試試這家民宿我想它不會讓你失望的.

Wow! This place was really a good choice we made when booking it on ctrip , the place decoration is super beautiful and modern , also is in a very quiet zone close to a creek and bamboo forest all around , super calm and nice . The staff was beyond friendly , attentive and professional , they made us feel like at home . And the food omg was amazing , the cuisine was Chinese but not normal Chinese , it was a local style but super natural , everything tasted super fresh and like they were using the ingredients from their farm. I highly recommend this place to people looking for a getaway from the big city , here is everything you expect from moganshan but better because the rooms were better that in my own home lol, internet worked perfect , also the showery and tv all perfect . We came by trains from Deqing and they help us arrange the driver to pick us up , highly recommend this place !

Our stay at Naked Stables was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable for our whole family. We travelled as a family of six, including two elderly members and two kids, and the resort was perfect for all ages. There were plenty of engaging activities to keep everyone happy — from fishing, pottery, and crafts to outdoor experiences. The kids especially loved the horse riding and grooming sessions, which were thoughtfully organised and very safe. We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathtub was such a treat. The villa was beautifully decorated, and we were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise of decorations and cakes arranged for our son’s birthday — a gesture that made our stay extra special. Getting around the resort was effortless, as the buggy service promptly picked us up from the villa whenever we needed. We also loved having a lovely hiking trail right outside our villa, perfect for a peaceful morning. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the noodle station was a definite highlight for us. A special mention goes to Chuan Chuan the resident dog— friendly, gentle, and absolutely adored by our kids. Every detail reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay both relaxing and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return to Naked Stables again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, nature, and meaningful experiences.

I had a wonderful stay in Anji, and I’d like to give special thanks to Luna. She greeted me warmly every day and always responded to any request right away with great enthusiasm and care. What impressed me the most was her thoughtfulness—she would give advance reminders about weather changes or other details so I could be well prepared. Even after I checked out and returned home, she kindly sent me a short message to make sure I had arrived safely. That extra touch of warmth and attention truly made me feel cared for. Luna’s service was exceptional and made my experience both comfortable and memorable.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

This is indeed a nice hotel with beautiful facilities, though there are things to improve , given the high price. Many comments mention that someone has added them on WeChat upon booking, communicating the details of the booking and reminding to make dinner reservations. Unfortunately , nobody has added me and I feel like we missed out many things because of that. For example, we didn’t know that every on-site activity is organized per certain hour , as we arrived around 3 pm we already missed most of them on that day. Also , because of the holiday, the famous castle Chinese restaurant was fully booked for dinner and the next day’s lunch so couldn’t appreciate it . We had to settle for a room service that had very limited options not to mention, was ridiculously overpriced . 300 yuan for three basic dishes like fried rice, stir-fried pork and pork ribs soup, small portions too. Pity. There was a buffet diner happening at another restaurant by the pool, but 460¥ per person seemed too expensive so we passed. Some other small things like broken locker in a changing room or plenty of leaves and trash from the trees in the pool that nobody bothered to clean - felt annoying, again, considering the price per night. I’d still recommend this hotel for visiting at least once in your life. Service is mostly very good, breakfast more than decent, the heated outdoor pool is lots of fun even with the dry leaves floating on it. They have a game room, “activity village” with many things happening all day round ( watch the time though ) , the room I booked was nothing special but had everything we needed. It’s convenient to move around the territory on a “buggy” , they are very efficient. Only if you have a choice , maybe don’t come here on a national holiday so overall experience would be better.

乘着天氣好帶小朋友周邊踏青，開始是被名字吸引。因為之前帶小朋友讀過金銀島這本書📖，到了之後發現居然真的有和書本故事呼應。小朋友激動的不得了説住了就能像吉姆一樣勇敢又智慧了。房間一進去就像在船上一樣乾淨又温馨，這個價位就給配備了咖啡膠囊機和迷你吧真的是超級用心💗了。服務人員都很温柔熱情，風景也是非常好🏞️。拍照超級出片👍，因為它的造型真的非常有新意。如果以後還有機會來安吉還會考慮這家~  住夠了普通酒店想要換換風格的可以無腦沖~

擁有非常漂亮、古典的圖書館，和非常和善、幽默的老闆。圖書館藏書豐富，輕音樂伴隨耳邊，燈光温和。還有書法和漢服體驗，但可惜時間太趕沒有試一試。住的房間有地暖、空調，地面開起來非常舒適。寵物友好（可以接受帶貓咪）。 非常感謝，祝生意興隆，春日勝意！

What a beautiful place to break away from the noise of everyday life! The entire camp has such a calm, serene, almost zen-like atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and well thought out. The design and layout of the place are stunning. There’s bamboo growing everywhere, adding to the natural, tranquil vibe. The cabins themselves are pretty modern and clean. The staff we interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful - even though there was a language barrier. Whether we needed a ride somewhere around the camp (which was always available thanks to staff driving around regularly) or had a question, they were always happy to assist. Adding reception on WhatsApp made things even easier – they responded quickly to any requests we had. The food was amazing. We especially loved the Chinese restaurant – every dish we tried was full of flavor. There’s a communal pool and other fun activities like paddling, which unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy due to the weather. Still, it’s nice to know they’re available. There’s also a small animal park where one can see peacocks, goats, chickens and ducks. It’s also nice to just walk around the camp. The views are just gorgeous, and the whole environment encourages you to relax and slow down. All in all, it’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and just enjoy some peace and the beauty of nature. One small downside was that there was only one coffee machine available at breakfast, which led to a long line. We ended up buying coffee, which was a bit inconvenient—especially since we could’ve had coffee for free. 🤭 I highly recommended Elephant and Moon! Would love to visit again!

Tucked up a mountain, perfect if you don’t want to venture too far out. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating- cooking food for us when we arrived, ordering in drinks, arranging cars to head into town. The rooms are a little rough around the edges - they could do with a thorough repaint perhaps, but they were clean enough. Great communal area to socialise with friends and great food too
