"Caretaker was nice lady, property was good, not as new as looks in pictures, location and view from the apartment is good, but for second day cleaning have to request the lady, did not refill the coffee packs. digital lock was little tricky and bathroom door stuck many times, it should be repaired, blankets were too much heavy not good for summer season, rest all nice and comfortable stay, value for money. all the bedding were very much clean."

"This was my second visit to 小径湾 in two consecutive years, and my second time staying at 幸墅海景酒店公寓. That’s how good it is. Alex was really friendly and helpful. The check-in process is a little different, but once you get used to it, it’s just like any other hotel. What I like most is the convenience of this place. It’s located inside a beautiful seaside condo area that surrounded by commercial streets. Next to the condo area is a commercial area with KFC, McDonald’s, and 7-11. The lamb skewers and IPA beer from 木屋烧烤 were really good for supper. There’s a beautiful seaside path right beside the Le Méridien. Personally, I actually prefer it here over 十里银滩 - it all depends on your food preferences actually. I would definitely revisit again."

Santorini in China: A Hidden Gem by the Sea Nestled away, the Santorini seaside resort is like a slice of Greece right here in China! From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. My stay at this resort was nothing short of amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my friends and I had the best time. They were incredibly helpful, always there with a smile, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their thoughtfulness made our stay truly special, and they were so accommodating to all our requests. The resort looks exactly like the pictures, if not even more beautiful in person. It was spotlessly clean and hygienic, which immediately put me at ease. The attention to detail in meeting our needs was remarkable. We were offered wonderful perks, such as photo shoots, that added a touch of magic to our trip and helped create memories that will last a lifetime. I should mention that while there aren't as many foreigners here, and it doesn't have all the western - style facilities that some might be used to, it actually made for a unique and peaceful experience. A special shout - out goes to Chloe! She was an absolute star. Her assistance throughout our stay was invaluable. She's super sweet, thoughtful, and although a bit shy, she's truly awesome. Her efforts really made our stay at the Santorini seaside resort unforgettable. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs a holiday getaway. I will definitely come back!

This hotel has a wonderful view of the sea and the rocky reef bar. Can take many beautiful photos here with the helix like bridge hanging over the reef, and the spiral shape chapel. Buffet breakfast has many choices of food. Lobby staff Ada is so pleasant and helpful. The rooms we booked were for level 4 to 5, but she upgraded us to level 29 rooms after hearing that we had brought our 88 yo mum for holiday. She added us on WeChat and sent us information on the hotel activities. When I told her we want to buy the hotel rubber slippers, she arranged for them to be sent to the room. The only bad points are: 1) irresponsible pet owners who didn't leash their pets (my girl was scared by a dog that chased her in rounds), 2) the beach sand is quite rough and full of pebbles.

2024/04/05-08 Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

We enjoyed 2 nights family trip with two kids this summer. For the location, it takes almost 2 hours by car from Shenzhen, a big far away from the main city but I feel relaxed and good fresh air from the countryside. The hotel has facilities like water park, swimming pool, indoor playground, 62 hot springs (next to the hotel) which fully occupies our both kids during our stay. We didn’t leave our hotel and spent our breakfast and dinner buffets (both came with the hotel package with trip.com, quite a good deal), we had a 2-5 set lunch in hotel’s Chinese restaurant, the quality is quite good and not pricy. There’s an outdoor pool in our balcony, we had a family hot springs moment after back to the room after our buffet dinner, very peaceful and good time with family. It feels like we were in japan but in a very reasonable price in this hotel. Free drinks and fruits were provided around the water park and hot springs area which credits for their services. Thank you for the wonderful service and facilities during our stay.

Got a room upgrade to premier after a miscommunication. The beach view was wonderful from the hotel room, and the room is spacious and in summary very good. Tv has ready access to iqiyi if there is nothing to do. Thumbs up to the hotel staff, Judy during the short trip for her assistance. Too bad I made a poor choice of not renewing for another night. The cons are probably (1) the breakfast, which is just too pack with all the guests from the hotel. Food is decent though. (2) The firework sound at night as it goes on long into the night.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Meridien in PLH. Would we return? Absolutely. The room was huge and perfect for two friends to get space to move around, we both loved the outdoor seating couch, and the bathtub was HUGE! The ONLY downside was the bar/coffee/whatever to call it. I don't want to rate the hotel lower if the ”Illy” coffee area is ru separately, but we were there for the free evening cocktails (which no one at the Illy bar counter could help us understand-one person told us the free drinks were orange juice or martini, and another person told us it was mulled wine, which we did get a TINY pour from the outside person). I think the greater issue is most of the people there were getting the freebie and watching the fire show: they weren't staying in the hotel. We tried to get 2 drinks, and they took FOREVER, and when I finally went back to find out where they were, we were served the (literally) worst two cocktails ever. Like, in the history of mankind. So to stay at such a gorgeous place, yet not be able to order drinks in the evening (free or otherwise) was ridiculous. In the future, we'd save that wasted money and order from ******* and sit on our gorgeous balcony.

I visited Huidong Island Resort with my boyfriend for his birthday, and unfortunately, our experience wasn't great. The biggest challenge was the language barrier - we don't speak Chinese, and it made navigating the resort extremely difficult. The resort's location seemed promising, but we encountered a significant issue with a local woman who scammed us for a boat ride. We were asked to pay 30RMB (the actual cost to the captain) and then she demanded an additional 200RMB to her own account. The language barrier made the situation confusing, and we only realized we'd been scammed after she had left. It was a disappointing start to our trip. Trying to make the best of it, we headed to the ocean for a swim the next day. However, after about 20 minutes, we were asked to exit the water due to a potential typhoon approaching. To add to the disappointment, the swimming pool was closed, and many amenities we had expected to be available weren't operational. This was pretty disappointing given they were part of why we chose the resort. On the bright side, the hotel room itself was very nice, and the breakfast was good. But overall, our experience fell short of expectations, largely due to the communication challenges and unavailability of advertised amenities. Would I recommend? Maybe not without significant improvements in addressing language barriers and ensuring advertised services are available. For travelers who speak Chinese or are prepared for such challenges, it might be a different story.

The room is clean and bed is comfortable: The housekeeping staff is helpful. She even offered to sanitise the bath tub inside the room before filled the hot springs water. The hot springs area was nice and water is clean. The room includes free daily beverages, including beer. However, there is a limit of four water bottles per day, with extra bottles costing 3 RMB each. I find this unreasonable, as most hotels in China provide unlimited free bottled water. The foods are average.

This was an AMAZING stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by Barry who was incredibly kind. He upgraded our room and gave us his WeChat in case we had any questions or issues during our stay. The resort itself was beautiful. Everyone was incredibly kind, there were a few included activities including a brief sunset lake cruise, pottery, and an exercise activity with a nice view at the end. While there were a handful of activities, they were all pretty brief. With this in mind, I think it is perfect for a 1-2 night stay. The highlight was definitely the hot springs, which offered a bunch of different springs at different temperatures as well as a pool and fruit bar. This stay was an incredible value for the money and I would DEFINITELY recommend. Thank you Barry!

We had pleasant family vacation at the Howard Johnson resort Huizhou. The best thing was the service and staff attitude, especially the General Manager Mr. Rajan, He is a gem of a person at this resort. Since the day we arrived he took care of all our needs. I had business meetings every day so, he arranged a special office room for me. When we wanted to go out he arranged a family car for the 5 of us. He also introduced to a bigger family suite room in case we wanted change, and gave us free activity tickets for the kids. When we checkout he arranged another family car for us, It was difficult for us to book a Didi XL car on the way to the hotel, so he found the solution and pre-booked a car for us. We would like to thank Ms. Tracy and Ms. Helena for being very helpful with all the coordination, as well as the restaurant manager, Ms. Angelina, for her warm hospitality and care. It’s the perfect place for a family vacation. The kids had a blast with the kids play area and water activities like kayaking, sliding and animal feeding, There’s a lot to do. We really enjoyed the cold weather with the hot springs. There are 19 different flavors of hot springs to experience. The kids loved the hot tub on balcony and enjoyed watching the fireworks while bathing. We booked a family suite with a bunk bed, and they also provided us with a baby crib, suite size is good enough for us. There are many other activities on the beach that we enjoyed, that the terrain car ride. There is a studio near the lobby that is an addition designed to capture beautiful professional photos that will always cherish your memories.
