"Room was clean and new, Breakfast is good Location is a bit far from town center, but you can travel to anywhere in the town by DiDi. Recommend for traveller who planned to visit Changbaishan North side. Additionally, There is a black cat who stay in front of hotel. Please kindly give her some cat food and clean water. She is very cute. (Cat food can be bought near the hotel). Thank you for your kindness."

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan."

"一直覺得緣分是最最奇妙的東西！感謝每一個相遇在拾予十年的朋友！我想長白山一定是高能量的，這裡有毫無雜質的靈氣，才會讓我每次來到這裏都輕鬆愉快～ 拾予十年不是普通的青旅，更像是一羣可愛的人偶然聚在一起的家。一樓大廳氛圍超級好！！寬敞又温馨，晚上還有麻將桌遊調酒活動，調酒師甜妹兒熱情可愛，調的酒好看又好喝！住宿區很乾凈，看得出是認真打掃的！我沒想到的是青旅的洗澡間還有沐浴露和洗髮水提供，最最重要的是這裏從老闆到義工小夥伴每個人都有滿到要溢出來的友善，熱情且有求必應，特別特別表揚前台麒麒，陽光開朗活潑愛笑，待人親切真誠又有禮貌 ！ 這裡帶給我數不清的幸福，所以我也真心希望每個來到這的人都幸福！是的，山神會庇佑。"

"Sijainti: Kaverit, jotka menivät Changbai Mountainin pohjoispuolelle, suosittelivat kovasti asumista täällä, lähellä pääkatua ja erittäin kätevä ruoka.Mene Shijiang Flower Parkiin, Liu Wurm Parkiin ja Enduliin pitkään. Toisella kerroksella on pieni puutarha, joka voi leikkiä lumia. 2.Ympäristö: Huoneen hygienia on puhdas ja puhdas, kaikki laitteet ovat uusia, molemmat kylpyhuoneet ovat hyvin laajat ja sähkölämmityskaapeli. "The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!"

"在漫天冰雪的長白山遇到最温暖的酒店，多樂太適合親子出遊的家庭了。 酒店有各種設施安放熊孩子的無窮精力，解放家長的雙手🙏，房間裏樹屋滑梯，一樓的娛樂室，餐廳的淘氣堡。 房間裏全部是温暖的木色，加上温暖的燈光，門牌都是像小朋友寫的數字，歪歪扭扭的特別可愛🌈，我和兒子都很喜歡。門廳衣架和換鞋長凳很實用，適合存放行李和掛大衣。 浴室毛巾，沐浴用品，床墊等使用起來都很舒服，感覺就像在家一樣❤，感覺就是精心挑選的。 酒店員工每次遇到都會問好，路上遇到都會幫忙開門，遇到拎重物的客人，都會主動幫忙👍。 酒店位於恩都裏內，但是離大門口很近，可以坐二道白河的循環巴士，交通便利，又可以步行遊玩恩都裏，雲頂天宮，秋沙鴨公園，超級滿意。"

"服務：長白山我最喜歡的酒店，酒店客服會提前聯繫，長白山站接站到酒店裡麪。王巖大哥會熱情地給我們介紹長白山的玩法以及周圍景區，耐心的介紹酒店每個設備設施在哪，時間段是什麼，並且提前幫我們聯繫包車，價格非常合理。 P1，雪人軍團（衹是其中一衹啦），一羣雪人站在酒店大門前，非常壯觀。憑房卡進去近距離拍照，和雪人合影。 P2，酒店自帶的燒酒館，有地方特色菜，也有一些高端食材，人蔘鴿子湯，真的特別鮮！ P3，酒店的露天温泉，有大大小小將近十個吧，還有超級火的“鐵鍋燉自己”，還有蜂窩煤。記得帶上泳褲！ P4，房間乾淨整潔，每天都有水果和茶水（冰糖雪梨和五味子，每天不一樣），每天都會打掃，衞浴乾濕分離，還有超大落地窗，美景盡收眼底！ P5，住了兩次了，這次才知道竟然有“暢飲時刻”，啤酒，飲料在下午特定時間段免費暢飲，玩完回來暢飲一下，然後去泡温泉，真的很舒服！ P6，早餐，麪條，粉絲，水餃，餛飩，腸粉，時蔬，煎蛋，牛奶，麥片，粥，沙拉，還有粵式早點，可選擇性多，開放時間長，早上非常方便。"
