Guests will find Enduri Water Plaza, Changbai Mountain Sky Flight Tourist Experience Center and Changbai Mountain Helicopter Sightseeing Flight Club just a short distance from the hotel. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel offered a complimentary pick up and drop- off service from the train station which is highly appreciated especially in the cold. The room is clean and location-wise, while there isn’t much around, I could walk to the touristy street in 15 mins with many restaurants in the vicinity. Changbaishan Visitor Center is also about 25 mins by foot. I find it quite convenient!
The driver(s) also offered private transport to the various local attractions like hot spring and float down the river at reasonable rate (there is a published rate for transport provided in the hotel for reference) and at discounted price for the various attractions. All in all, I am very pleased with my experience at the hotel!"

"The hotel is good, but for foreigners without Chinese moving around, the small city is not easy. It is just so hard to grab a taxi. The last day, the hotel was unable to provide transportation back to the train station. The other night, it was also hard to get a taxi to go for dinner. We needed to wait for the bus and walk. It is not a big distance, but with elders and small kids in freezing temperatures, it is not fun. The hotel is closed to the north entrance for Changbai, but it is a bit far from downtown, where the most people are and the restaurants are. In the end, you can rely on the hotel for transportation."

"Check in area was quite messy, not properly organised.
Only one staff to attend to check in/check out when we arrive at evening time. Day time could be better.
Need to get breakfast coupon during check in (if you booked with breakfast), and dining area is the hotel beside.
Staff in charge of local tour package is helpful and assist us to book the tour as the ticket to Changbaishan was fully sold out.
Apparently, visiting Changbaishan needs to pre-book your ticket beforehand to avoid disappointment.
Local tour we joined was pretty good as one will be ferried around the 3 main visiting spots by coach.
Main plus point is that the hotel is near a hotspring hotel and the entrance point of north slope (both within 3-5 mins walking distance from hotel)."

Great staff. All are helpful and polite. Accommodated most of my request. Got washing machine, dryer for clothes and gloves.
Hotel got additional paid service to nearby attractions, reasonable price. Nearby quite difficult to get taxis cause less driver, must order taxis in advance.
Breakfast has to pay but only at discounted prices. The receptionist will assist to do it.
Everything is very convenient and I had a great experience staying here. Recommended!

The room is so so cute. It was a really nice and comfortable stay. The room has all that one needs and it’s practical and functional. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The design is well thought out. I enjoy spending time there. Tianchi was not open the whole time I was there so I spent a bit more time in the room and it’s nice! The owner and family are very friendly and helpful as well. They help as much as they can even though I asked so many questions. They’re quite attentive to their guests. I was a bit down because of Tianchi but they made it a good time nonethelss! I bought breakfast separately for the days I want to eat and they have nice sets of breakfast. There is a washing machine and a dryer and they’re quite busy. Still, it’s very convenient. The location is in walking distance to the Reindeer park, duck park, and distribution center too. So that’s a plus. It’s about 1-1.5 km away from the busy streets and the food. If you can’t hail a ride, it’s still possible to walk (though it’s very cold). It was a lovely stay and I loved the place!

Highly recommended. Spacious and very clean rooms, with an exceptionally warm and welcoming owner. The overall vibe is amazing—you can really feel the care and effort put into this guesthouse.
Nightly fireworks with complimentary sparklers create a wholesome, memorable experience. Great coffee (slightly pricey but worth it) and a complimentary savoury breakfast. Note: food delivery takes about 60–65 minutes, though there are many 24-hour food options and massage parlours within 1km. They also provide you with some small craft art, and a small gift when you check out! Booking comes with free breakfast & a warm nice dessert soup! Appreciate the kind thoughts of the owner. Experience it yourself, won’t regret booking them.

最看重的衞生環節，這家民宿真的做到了極致！房間裏一塵不染，床品柔軟乾淨，衞生間沒有一絲異味，洗漱用品齊全且品質在線，連角落都打掃得乾乾淨淨，住起來特別安心，潔癖星人直接閉眼沖！

It was a wonderful stay at Hello Ten Years. The hosts are siblings and they took great care of us, fetching us from Changbai railway station and sending us back on our return journey. As we arrived late, they also helped us with dinner order. We had a great time doing snowmobiling as recommended by them. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both are very clean, spacious and comfortable. We will stay here again if we come back to Changbaishan.

Location is a bit far from town center, but you can travel to anywhere in the town by DiDi.
Recommend for traveller who planned to visit Changbaishan North side.
Additionally, There is a black cat who stay in front of hotel. Please kindly give her some cat food and clean water. She is very cute. (Cat food can be bought near the hotel). Thank you for your kindness.

I love our accommodation! It has a great location, walking distance to attractions like Yunding night market and edelweiss park. There are many food options and convenient stores all located close by. We had a loft with king bed and 2 single beds, so spacious and comfortable. We arrived early before changbaishan was closed due to bad weather and we were able to check in before noon, and they also kindly extended us a late check out. There is a washer and dryer at the basement where we did our laundry free of charge. We had a wonderful experience here!

The smart hotel really has smart rooms where Chinese voice commands are used with XiaoDu.
Everything in the room are clean, new and well designed.
The reception ladies are all friendly and professional, with one of them especially helpful. They have drivers who can send the guests to nearby places such as the breakfast places and railway station (5mins away).
This hotel is centrally located in Antu town.
Some rooms provide fruits every day which is much needed for me.
Laundry service is provided too upon request.

酒店位置特別優越，設施都很新，旁邊就有條街逛，離恩都裏和雲頂市集都很近，乾濕分離特別方便，房間特寬敞舒適，床墊和枕頭是我睡過最舒適的，老闆娘也特別熱心，幫我訂長白山的票，分享攻略，我們沒帶到防寒外套，前台小仙女熱情地告訴我們要去哪裡買比較好，讓我們在長白山之旅備受温暖，有機會還會再次入住

Great hotel. Didn't expect to get a good hotel at the promo price. The room is provided with smart gadget. Facilities is up to standard and the bed is so fluffy. Gotta good sleep when having a long journey. I checked in quite late at night and the front desk receptionist is very helpful. She even help me to carry my parcel to the hotel room floor. Extra point for human touch service. For hot spring, don't put expectation. It is just a indoor swimming pool concept. But it is free for hotel stayed guest.
