We truly value your honest feedback and will take immediate steps to ensure the room descriptions and promotional photos more accurately reflect the actual view, to avoid any potential misunderstanding for future guests.As for the deposit during check-in, we understand it may differ from your experience at other hotels. The deposit is in place to offer our guests a more convenient experience throughout their stay, especially for in-house dining or bar charges, which can be signed to the room and settled at checkout. Of course, the full deposit is refunded if there are no additional charges.
