Neither good nor bad. Part of Marriot Bonvoy. You pay for the location. But it can get very polluted in the busy hours. Right next to Phloenchit BTS. The staff was courteous and helpful. They have a beer garden outside. The lane next door takes you to the Holy redeemer Church and has many expensive cafes. The room itself was very dull lit with brown and gray tones and bedsheets had a few stains on them. Towels had holes but were replaced on request. I found it very depressing and overpriced. TV channels were unclear. Good to travel all day and come back to rest. I had a good sleep in a room facing the pool.

The reason I rated the services as average was because the lunch package purchased prepaid was not recognized (The day prior, I stated to the front desk that I had a prepared lunch and that was going to use it.) until I stated to the food services that it was prepaid.   I think the issues with the prepaid lunch is solved but I will check my credit card to ensure there’s no additional charged.   Recommend coordination of services between the staffs.   Overall great hotel and location.

酒店位置很好，就是內部的衞生間，洗漱用品等等都比較陳舊。另外大床房兩邊只有一邊有插座，很不方便。。。

Um....the shower with leakage of water and the toilet wall with old dirt. Towels are clean but a little bit old with threads coming out. I guess the equipments are from the old NovoHotel Location is good. Easy to get access to BTS station

開業好久的老五星 地點超遊 距離娜娜很近 去曼谷玩懂的 白天 距離四面佛和修羅很近哦 樓下就是輕軌 方便 房間很老了 和國內的沒法比 但地點很牛哦

出門就是地鐵站兩站到siam 交通還是比較方便的 但是周邊煙火氣少一點 711也很近 房間挺安靜的總體不錯

It is just infront of the ploenchit station and beside the ploenchit market ( open Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm). Breakfast selection is quite ok.

Enjoyed my stay at Four Points Sheraton at Ploenchit. It had an impressive international buffet spread for breakfast. Service staff were very pleasant, Location is excellent with the BTS Ploenchit Station just outside the hotel, about 5 minutes away.

Very clean room , and good location with wonderful lunch buffet . Will surely stay in this hotel again whenever i visited Bangkok. Its near BTS station making it super easy to travel around by BTS .
