Dormitory Room Environment – In shared dormitory rooms, different guests stay together, and we cannot control every scent. If you are sensitive to smells, a private room may be a better choice.2. Towel Usage – While you claimed not to use the towel, our housekeeping team found it dirty after your stay. Despite our policy, we did not charge you for this. 3. Key Card Fee – As stated in our hotel policy, lost key cards require a ฿300 replacement fee.
