The property is well maintained, but you would mostly find trainees with less experienced staffs across department. We had hard time and very unwelcoming approach specially from the F&B department in the buffet area and the lounge. Faced longer wait time in attending guests in the lounge (Chez Nous) confirming availability of items from the menu and serving very basic beverages like Americano or Watermelon fresh juice. We were attended by ‘Rajat and Prakash’ at Chez Nous.

I stayed in Novotel ORR for over a week and have found the hotel very clean and safe. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Thank you to Heya and all her colleagues for making my stay so memorable!

It was a great experience staying with Novotel outer ring road.The staff is courteous and they go extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The small gesture to keep karnataka delicacy in our room made our little one immensely happy

The Novotel Outer Ring was a great experience for me! It was my first time in India and they were so welcoming and accommodating! Lira and her team were always ready with a smile and eager to help. The breakfast was absolutely incredible and the amazing team remembered my drinks and food choices and were always there to make my mornings start off great! I also loved the luxury hours. They had great food, great drinks and a lovely ambience. Overall the hotel was very convenient, they service was top notch and I felt very safe! I also started my trip with a package at the spa that was fantastic! Took care of any Jet lag and I slept great!

I have been staying at Novotel Bangalore whenever I come for my office work. I can confidently say that they are one of the best properties available if not the best. Hospitality 100/100 Food 90/100 Rooms 100/100 Ambience 100/100 They even upgraded me to a suite on request. I loved the experience here and will definitely be visiting again. Special mention to chef at the multi cuisine restaurant. The food has improved a lot from last time. Try alfredo spaghetti if you ever come here.

Great hotel. Great breakast buffet. Amazing terrace with grill, pool, bar and pools outside. Weather was perfect in November. Must stay!

Stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. Wonderful hospitality, ambiance and food. The staff is really sweet, polite and helpful. The property provides you with the best of amenities. Must recommend staying at this property.

It was a fantastic experience as it’s quicker access and has best staffs. Staffs at reception are very welcoming and the housekeeping staffs go extra mile in decorating the rooms once you are back at room. What else can you ask for. Great staffs at cafe and they are always available for your needs

I would like to appreciate the entire staff of Novotel, They always go way to far to make there customer happy. The Diwali celebration for a guest was suprising. I would always come back to this place
