"This hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and the smell of the construction work was noticeable coming through the central air conditioning. The washing machine was incredibly dirty and coin-operated. Despite this, I really needed to do some laundry during my trip, so I spent a long time scrubbing both the washing machine and dryer. It was clear these machines had never been properly cleaned, and the amount of grime I wiped off was truly disgusting."

Maintenance wasn't provided daily. The sofa bed had worn springs, making it difficult to sleep. On my last night, I curled up on the couch. The room was large and relatively spacious, with kitchenware and tableware provided. The facilities were a bit dated, but the price was relatively affordable compared to other hotels, making it a good value."

"The room is spacious for 4 of us, very clean and modern. The lodge is very close to the downtown, we enjoyed walking everyday to explore the city center. The indoor pool is always busy, and our room location is very far from the pool so we didn’t try the pool, but I was happy enough to have a hot tub every night in our room after the activities. The view from our room is also beautiful especially when it snows. The lodge has a spa, a hair salon, an a ski shop. I checked the price of the gloves at their shop is very reasonable. The parking garage is very convenient (although we have to pay for it). The breakfast is good with reasonable price for kids. Some front desk staffs (one Filipino lady and one local) were not friendly but most of the staffs were nice and helpful. Easy check in and check out, they provided pre-check in via whatsapp and always checked us if we need anything."

There are two parking options: you can choose to pay for parking in their lot, or use the free parking spaces behind the hotel. The room was comfortable, but the sink was a bit clogged, so the drainage wasn't very smooth. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was a good stay."
